We were on a Europe tour, and out of all the hotels we stayed at, this was my parents’ favorite and the most comforting place we experienced. It was honestly sad that we only stayed for one night.
The room was very spacious. The facilities were excellent: there was a washing machine, coffee maker, refrigerator, and everything we needed. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, which made us feel truly at home.
The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Milano Centrale. If you’re familiar with navigating the metro, this shouldn’t be a problem. Since we were only there for one night and not yet familiar with the metro system, we ended up spending more on taxis.
Overall, our stay was beautiful and comforting, and I would definitely recommend this hotel

It was clean and in a good location near the public transport,the only thing I can say to improve is the owner must turn the heater on before the passengers will arrive it was really cold for many hours

Super dirty beds and the doors were broken. We wished we upgraded to a better room and paid a bit more. We were promised 3 beds but one of them was the most uncomfortable couch we have seen and there was only a thin cover or metal rods.
