L’emplacement : quartier sympa (ex: le restau-brasserie Monsieur Papa) et très agréable. Le grand espace de cet appartement et son confort Sa salle de bains très fonctionnelle Sa bibliothèque (notamment de BD et de bouquins d’art)
- Nous n’avions pas été prévenus que l’appartement se situait au 4ème étage sans ascenseur - Pas de petit déjeuner (ça, nous le savions) - Et surtout, pas de télévision ! À corriger ! - La remise des clefs au magasin prestataire lors de notre départ a posé problème : il était fermé à 8 h 15 et ne s’est ouvert que 20 minutes plus tard ; nous avons dû attendre sa réouverture…

Appartement très agréable situé dans un quartier vivant et charmant, à deux pas du cimetière du Père Lachaise. Commerces, cafés et transports à proximité : un vrai coin de Paris authentique et pratique à vivre.

Location close to metro, cafes, and corner shoppes
Had to pickup keys from a local corner shoppe. It was a sublet and the owner’s belongings were still in closet. No warning that it was a sublet. Air conditioning was listed as an amenities but did not exsist.
