A French flat of light
The flat was clean and bright, and we loved the large windows opening onto the balconies. The beds were comfortable and we found everything we needed. Charlotte was in touch with us before our trip and was friendly and helpful. The flat is close to a main road with shops (eBay was great!) And a square at the end of the street had a boulangerie and fromagerie. A park across the road has space and some games. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away. There are two distinct bedrooms - we weren't sure if that from the photos so that was a relief. Overall, a relaxed little place for our first visit to Paris. And we were very pleased it is on the ground floor so it was easy to access with suitcases etc.
It is not as close to the city as we'd thought as the bus is slow and circuitous - and watch out for the bus stop moving around the corner! A second electronic key would have been helpful when we went out in pairs. It was a bit noisy at night - windows had to be closed.

Large appartment. Good location at Pyrenees-Menilmontant. We were able to have late check-in (after midnight).
Outdated furniture -but there were some IKEA style updates (beds).

Departamento ok y zona ok pero falta confort.
El departamento grande y la cocina completa .
Los sillones individuales súper duros y la cama tiene un box de somier pequeño y un colchón grande lo que la hace incómoda pero lo peor fue la pésima atención del señor que nos entregó las llaves en un bar de última ahí cerca un mal educado . No sé qué relación tiene con el dueño del departamento pero no recomiendo dejarlas ahí. Otra cosa la llave del lado de adentro se traba. Las teclas de las luces rota e incluso le dio electricidad a mi hijo la del baño grande
