Staying in the apartment was a very unpleasant. The apartment was dirty and smelled of dampness.

Unfortunately, everything was bad. Nothing was good.

The apartment was dirty and had a strong musty smell. Staying in the apartment was awful. The mold and dampness on the walls were covered with black paint. The entrance to the property leads down stairs into a semi-basement. The bathroom was extremely dirt, the shower cabin doors were stained and covered with limescale, and the floor was dirty. The towels were very old and falling apart. Only after payment did we receive information that there is a construction site immediately next to the entrance. A refund is not possible because the accommodation must be paid in advance. In front of the entrance there was a large amount of trash and a strong smell of urine. I believe this property is dangerous to health.

good choice for traveling on a budget

the location is great with several metro stations around and all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars, quite peaceful and safe, easy to get to all the touristy places. at the property there is everything a traveler might need. despite the room being tiny, we’ve adapted quickly and the size of the room wasn’t a problem. all in all, a solid choice for travelling on a budget. Pamela is a great host!!!

it wasn’t a deal breaker for us but it has to be said that the property has a moisture problem, so if anyone has severe reactions to mold I wouldn’t recommend staying there. the problem is being taken care of by the host though. we also had to keep the window open so that the moisture doesn’t accumulate, which is uncomfortable when it’s cold outside. it would be great to have a little more storage like shelves on the wall to put your stuff. and also perhaps put some opaque film on the upper windows too because the neighbors from the opposite building and people in the bar can look in.

Awesome room. Great location with plenty of awesome food in the nearby area.

Location was great was it was in a local area and close to multiple subway stops. Pricing was great for the location. We had coffee and everything we needed for the week we were there.

The bathroom needs a vent. There's only a tiny window to allow for ventilation so we had to keep the main door cracked open for a little bit in the evening to cool the room off.

Great stay overall and a lovely host, and I will definitely go back.

Super stylish and comfy place, great location close to everything I needed, at an affordable price. Lovely vibrant area near Belvedere Park, and loads of restaurants and bars. Pamela is a wonderful host who was very responsive. Checking in and out was relaxed and easy, and I was able to leave my luggage after checking out.

When the weather was very hot, I had to sleep with the window open, and the noise from the cafe nearby was quite loud. I managed with ear plugs and a scarf around my head, and the next night it was fine as it was cooler and with the window closed, it was much more quiet. Also, I go to bed quite early, and I don't know what time the cafe closed, so this might not affect people who go out at night.

Really lovely as our first stay in Europe

Easy access to food and the rest of Paris once we figured out the metro and bus tickets!

The room was very humid as only had one window (but it think that was also because of the hot weather). Also there were no blinds.

Quaint and artsy. The hostess was lovely - helpful and accomodating for which I am thankful. The area was safe and interested which I liked.

The location is amazing. The studio is close to everything that you need.

Unfortunately the studio wasn't very clean. Every corner that you looked had dust that looked like it was there for a while. The furniture wasn't comfortable. So after a long day exploring the city was impossible to just chill in the "living room".

small studio with all you need for a few days in Paris. very well located in a quiet neighbourhood and close to everything. Subway really close with connections to every corner of Paris.

there is nothing I did not like. I would recommend having a microwave, but we managed with the oven.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, a warunki są znośne jak na tę cenę.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetna komunikacja z centrum. Bardzo przyjemna i pomocna gospodyni.

W pokoju jest duża wilgoć i przez to nieprzyjemny zapach. Do dyspozycji jest tylko malutkie okienko, a po drugiej stronie ulicy jest restauracja, przez co w pokoju jest hałas.

Чисто, достаточно функционально, очень хорошее расположение, приятный район, недалеко красивый костёл, много ресторанов и магазинчиков. Очень приятная и приветливая хозяйка, которая дождалась нашего позднего заселения.

Ввиду того, что мы остановились в августе, было жарковато. Я бы добавила в комнату небольшой потолочный вентилятор рядом с кроватью, либо просто более мощный вентилятор внизу.

Pravi pariški umjetnički mali smještaj u vrlo popularnom kvartu. Moguce je pješice doći na puno zanimljivih lokaliteta i kvartova. Vrlo ugodan krevet i posteljina. Vrlo ljubazna vlasnica. Lijepo uređeno i čisto. Ima sve sto treba. Super grijanje.
