The location is good.
The apartment is small but fine for short stays
It is renovated
Some notes for the next people staying:
- the Flat is on the ground floor, walk on the way to the right, the lock is on the last doors
- if the electricity is not working, the fuse box (electricity box in the hall on the wall) is in the hall
- if the sound of ventilation bothers you, you can switch it off in the fuse box
Notes to the owner:
- info like this above can be helpful to send beforehand. You would avoid misunderstanding as I see in the negative reviews
- it would be helpful if you communicate better. No replies on WhatsApp, nor booking, etc.
- the flat is cleaned after every guest I suppose but it could really use a deep cleaning
- the shower head needs to be repaired, it sprays everywhere
- the water is cold only which I did not mind as it is hot outside but should be probably or fixed or instructions to guests sent beforehand on how to switch the boiler on
