Thanks Francesca and Giorgia for their hospitability. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Adriana Boutique Guest House. Francesca and Giorgia are exceptional hosts who truly care about their guests and pay attention to every detail. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, the accommodations were spotless, and their kindness made our stay in Rome absolutely perfect. Highly recommend booking a stay here.
I guess this apartment flat was converted to a guest house setting so the interior doors/walls are not that sound proof.

Convenient, quiet
AC did not work for two nights and they didn’t fix it. They just kept resetting the unit instead of actually fixing it. It made it very uncomfortable for sleep

The property is very well located. The rooms are very confortable and clean.
Gorgia welcomed us at the property; she gave us all the information we needed. She is helpful and professional.
The large room was a bit noisy because of the busy road.

The room was exactly as portrayed in the pictures, we had a lovely stay. Amazing view of castel sant'angelo and a 5 minute walk to the castel and the vatican, location could not be better.
Spacious rooms, very clean, extremely helpful staff. We didn't expect this for the location and pricing, would definitely recommend. Value for money is much much better than most other hotels we have stayed at in Rome.
We read online there were complaints about noise from the street side, this was minor however, not as mentioned in some comments. With the windows closed no problem. Amazing amounts of daylight into the room throughout the day, and a view of the trees.
