I really liked the spacious room, which was clean, bright, and well-maintained. The lighting was excellent, making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. The bathroom was a highlight. It was large, with a big mirror and a bidet. The shower cubicle was particularly impressive, as it was well designed and prevented any water from leaking onto the bathroom floor. The shower had both a powerful handheld shower head and a rain shower, with reliable hot and cold water. The air conditioning was also a huge bonus, especially during the June and July heatwave, as it kept the room cool and comfortable. Overall, I had a very good experience

The check-in process was entirely self-service. There was no one at the property to greet guests, and the owner communicated only via WhatsApp, sending a link and instructions to download an app to access the property. The booking website stated that bathrobes and slippers were provided, but neither was available in the room, as I had expected the advertised amenities. Sent a WhatsApp message to the owner asking about the missing slippers, but I did not receive a response. Better communication and more responsive customer service would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent quiet and secure location. Walking distance to all main attractions. We did not use public transport at all. Many trattorias and other eateries nearby. Spacious room similar to 4/5 star hotel. Semi-firm king bed. Excellent bathroom with modern shower. Rate is for room only. No b/f option. Daily servicing. Several mini-marts nearby as well as b/f cafes. Mini bar with complimentary water every day. Thoroughly recommended.

We really enjoyed the hotel — it was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was great, the bathroom was excellent, and the location was perfect as well. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time. And the host Federica was also great <3

Great location. We loved the Prati neighborhood. The room was just ok. The sheets and coverlet didn’t smell very good and the pillows were horrible
