It was close to the Vatican city, public transportation, and stores. The room decoration, like the wallpapers were also pretty.
The aircon was sometimes not spewing cold air, the shower plate, the faucets and shower head could be cleaner, but they were okay in general. There was also only one chair in the room.

Very clean and pretty room. Location is great. 10 min walk to Vatican. 45 min walk to Colessium. Probably long for some but I enjoy this. Otherwise a 15 minute bike ride. Also loved the restaurant right outside of the building, Lalocanda.
Just as some of the other reviews, the smell of sewage that comes and goes throughout the stay. As well as the noisy neighbour's above that seem to come alive pretty late in the night just as we're winding down.

The location was pretty good, and it was clean inside and there were towels, 2pack shower gel and such.
Unfortunately, the AC wasn’t working as expected it blowed cold air just sometimes, only the Dry-Mode humidity was okay but not cooling off the room for sure, sleeping under the heat wave was so bad at night. Extra headboard of the bed’s material was falling off and each time when you wake up, finding little white material all over the bed and pillow is not good.
