I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Elizabeth, the Administrative Manager, for her exceptional assistance during our stay at Guest House Della Valle Apartment in Rome. Ms. Elizabeth was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive throughout our visit. Her professionalism and willingness to assist made our experience smooth and enjoyable. My family and I had a truly pleasant stay for 5 days and 4 nights, and we are very grateful for the warm hospitality we received. Ms. Elizabeth's dedication and excellent service contributed greatly to making our trip memorable. Thank you, Ms. Elizabeth for your kindness and support.

One inconvenience was that the apartment has only one bathroom and toilet, which needed to be shared among four adults. This could be challenging, especially during busy morning and evening hours. For this reason, the unit may be more suitable for families rather than groups of friends travelling together.

The property was really clean & in a brilliant location. The communication from hosts was good.

We were slightly concerned to find an access card to access all rooms was kept in a public place. We needed this card as our individual room card was faulty, but this then meant we carried a card which would also access our neighbours rooms. This felt like it could be quite unsafe in the wrong hands.
