It was clean and well located. It is very close to the Vatican and several coffee shops and restaurants.
They didn’t have the WiFi functioning. Their coffee maker was not working properly.

Location was excellent,just a short walk to Vatican city and the river, bed very comfortable room a good size and clean
WiFi poor in room kept dropping out, only warm water in the bathroom, it was maybe my fault I should have called the owner but I messaged them about a airport shuttle service but did not get a reply so had to look for alternative means to get to the airport, in the end went by bus, 7 euro each and the stop is only 5 mins walk for the building,
