The location was excellent, very close to the shuttle bus stop from FCO airport. The place was very clean, with complimentary wifi, well functioning A/C and a nice bathroom. The elevator was actually our favorite part of the experience of staying there.

Noise could be an issue as it's along a main road. Loud bikes/cars and police sirens woke us up a few times. Also there is a rule to not "eat anything in the room that is brought from outside" which was vague. Can I not even eat a banana in there? Also the process to obtain the key was pretty clear, however they didn't specify which of the locks I needed to open to obtain the key. That was slightly annoying.

Breakfast not included. Well located for Vatican, with plenty of restaurants and cafes close by.

It would have been better if there was more tea and coffee facilities in the room - only two coffee pods provided initially, and then €1.50 each after that. Didn't allow food to be brought back to the room.

Great location for the Vatican and St Peter’s Square. Lovely big room, we stayed in room Number 1.

The stairs to the property were under renovation but the area was very dusty and up quite a lot of steps unless you used the very old lift that was a challenge to get in to with your bags. No kitchen facilities however this is a fridge and coffee machine that you have to pay for. A kettle would be a better option so you could make your own drinks and a complimentary bottle of water wouldn’t go amiss as we arrived at 11pm on a Sunday evening and there was nowhere open to buy a drink so we were parched by the following morning. It was ok but not the cleanest property I’ve stayed in with quite a lot of dust and hairs on the bathroom walls. For the price we paid though we can’t complain.

The location is good and the bed is comfortable. The self check in is a plus. A good explanation from the host how to get in and fast communication with him.

Even it is said it should be paid at the property, the host asked us to pay before arrival through a link outside of Booking. After speaking with Booking the host agreed to pay him the next day when is somebody at the reception. The next day the lady from the reception knocked at the door about 100 times and woke us up at 9:00 AM to pay.
