The condo is quite nice- very clean. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a few little glitches and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this location to others.

Oh my goodness, this place is exactly where you want to stay for a lake vacay! Upon arrival, the neighborhood (The Village at Lake Martin) is incredible and looks like the cover of a storybook; check in was a breeze and the unit was immaculate and so tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was there, from coffee and filters, trash bags, soaps and shampoos, some yummy spices, cookware and more! You’ll have beautiful views of the lake from the porch, sleep in the comfiest beds ever and there’s plenty of cozy seating in the living area to enjoy a movie night. Love this place and will definitely return during football season! Bobby is such a great host, he answered questions immediately and made sure we knew if we needed anything to let him know. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The owners asked me to do a review and I can't rave enough about this place. The location is amazing by boat! Centrally located to everything you want to do on the lake. You pull out of the sleugh and are immediately at Chimney Rock. Then The Social is to your left, and Chuck's and The Landing at Harbor Pointe to your right. There was plenty of community docks for our boat including one right in front of the villa so we didn't have far to walk and could see our boat from the patio. The inside of the villa had very upscale furnishings and the most comfortable beds. Definitely so much nicer than other places we've stayed on the lake. You can tell a lot of love and money went into it. I honestly can't believe they rent the place.
