Welcome to the heart of Lake Martin. This simple lake cabin has 280 ft of water front with year round water. Located in a small cove just off the main channel of Blue Creek, you'll be able to enjoy swimming, fishing, skiing, or just hanging out on the dock with friends or family. With 13 feet of water off the end of a spacious dock at full pool, you'll have boat access year round, even in the fall and winter. Just a few minutes boat ride to Lake Martin's centerpiece, Chimney Rock, and several great local hangouts right around the corner like Chuck's Marina and The Bluffs Daquari Bar on the water. Several more like Niffers, Oscars, Lake Martin Pizza, and Burrito’s Corner are just a few minutes drive by road. The house is approximately 30-40 minutes to Auburn University, perfect for home games.
For anyone who likes to fish, the house is in a great location of the lake for fishing! Whether you're looking for bass, crappie, bream, catfish, or stripers you can find plenty of great fishing spots close by. The area is especially good in the fall and winter and Union Boat Ramp (public, no fee) is only a few minutes away.
The house sleeps up to 14 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs along with a lower level that includes a game room, bunk room and bathroom. Large HD Smart TVs can be found both in the living area upstairs and the game room downstairs, where you can also find a pool table, foosball table and a selection of board games for some inside entertainment after a fun day on the lake.
The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and adjoining bathroom has a walk in shower. The two bedrooms on the top level both have queen size beds. Downstairs in the bunk area you will find 2 sets of bunk beds which have full size mattress on bottom and twin mattresses on top as well as another full size bed. The cabin is fully furnished with bath towels, linens, dishes, cookware, coffee pot and grill. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer.

What an awesome stay on Lake Martin. Host was super helpful and communication was great. The house is amazing and an excellent set up. Three bedrooms upstairs with living room and kitchen. Beautiful view of the lake. Downstairs has another living area with tv, pool table and foosball table as well as another great room with two sets of bunk beds and an additional bed and a full bath. Great for an adult area to chill upstairs and a place to stash the kids for endless fun. The property is at the end of a street with only two other houses making it a quiet relaxing area. The property is also amazing with gentle slopes down to the layout area, covered Dock and swimming area. House located on a quiet cove with very little boat traffic. Water was beautiful at the dock and well equip’d with table, chairs and an umbrella. Also had stairs to get in and out of the water. House is also located close to the Marina, Union boat ramp if you bring a boat and to many other fun spots on Lake Martin (chimney rock). The place was perfect and we will be back again next year. Balcony off the back is great for lounging and taking in the scenery. The house is also very well equip’d with kitchen supplies, charcoal grill and blackstone grill, lounging chairs, towels, linens, etc. Couldn’t have been better.

This was our 3rd time staying here. We always have a great time. Kitchen has everything you would need to eat in. Close to chucks marina and chimney rock. Great swim area for kids. It’s also close to dollar store and several places to eat. We like Oskar’s and niffers. Each time we have stayed the owners have made some upgrades that have been great!! The only problem we had was it was hard for our older parent to get back from the boat dock and swim area. Maybe a hand railing along the steps.

By looking at the pictures, I thought this was going to be a newly renovated lake house. To my disappointment, the house was not newly renovated. The house had a lovely master room, which was the only room that had been upgraded. The downstairs did not have a working bathroom, so every time you had to use the restroom, up the stairs you went. I would not rent this place again for the price listed. To say the least it was very disappointing.
