Our spacious layout comfortably sleeps families and groups with room to spread out:
• Primary Suite: King bed, private bath, and serene lake views
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Loft: Two full-size bunk beds (4 beds), a favorite spot for kids and teens, complete with a TV and lounge space
Whether you’re gathering for movie night, playing games, or sneaking off for a quiet moment, the home offers a great balance of shared and private spaces.

Lake Martin is a managed lake, and each year the water level is intentionally lowered during the fall and winter months as part of Alabama Power’s standard lake management process.
What this means for guests:
• Late October through early spring, water levels are typically lower and at some points almost completely dry.
• During drawdown, portions of the shoreline and dock area may be visible or completely dry
• Boat access may be limited depending on lake levels at that specific time and boat size
• The dock remains usable for relaxing and enjoying the view
The good news:
Many guests love the drawdown season for its peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, fewer boats, crisp air, and perfect hot tub weather. It’s an ideal time for relaxation, reconnecting, and enjoying Lake Martin at a slower pace.
Water levels usually return to full pool in the spring and summer, bringing excellent boating, swimming, and high-energy lake days.

We had a wonderful stay at Bobby & Rhianna’s lakeside house. You can tell how much thought and effort has been put into this home. The kitchen & toiletries were well stocked and there were more than enough towel available for our whole group. The kitchen layout is perfect, and we were able to cook great meals all weekend.

Beautiful family home, situated right on the water, who could ask for anything better!! A fireplace, a fire pit and outdoor, heated patio living room with full kitchen area! You can relax in the hot tub as you watch an Eagle soar across the lake or a gaggle of geese swoop down for dinner. A wonderful place to relax and de-stress!

We had an amazing stay! This house is wonderful for accommodating a good sized group! The kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfortable, towels are plentiful, lounge space is ample both inside and outside! The yard is great for playing games and slopes gently to the dock. Dock is huge, great entertaining spaces outside, and the lights at night are lovely! It was frigid during our stay over New Year, so our outdoor enjoyment was limited, but we can’t wait to return for lake fun in the summer! The lake is drained during this season, so don’t expect water in the winter. We knew this already, and it did not hinder our trip.If you plan to use the hot tub in extra cold weather, make sure it is heated ahead of time. This is a fantastic family getaway!

House was nice but there was no lake. It wasn’t until our arrival after emailing the host that it was disclosed the lake was drained by the utility company. WARNING lakes is non existent during certain months (our stay was in December)! Please do your research before booking. The entire purpose of staying at a lake house is the lake.
