Dock your boat at the Cutest Cottage on the Cove and enjoy this beautiful vacation spot on Lake Martin! This completely renovated and unique home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and features a guest house. The property sleeps 8 in the main house and 4 in the guest house. In the main house, there is a quaint kitchen with spacious living and dining rooms. The kitchen is stocked with all major appliances including keurig, blender, and toaster. A sliding glass door opens to a large screened-in porch. Outside, the large deck with a grill makes for the ultimate outdoor hosting experience. Not to mention the great swimming area in the peaceful cove. Bedrooms one & two feature king-sized beds. Bedroom three is a bunk room with a twin, a double, and a pull-out twin trundle. The guest house features two twin bunk beds. This property is a short boat ride/car ride to the best restaurants on the lake. Chimney Rock and Goat Island are nearby as well! Enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen was small but nice and had everything we needed. The screen door from porch to deck had the screen pushed loose and dragged as you opened and closed it - a problem when you have kids. However, we had a great stay and would gladly return in the future.
