Come enjoy Lake Martin and visit this beautiful home that sleeps up to 13 people. Only 35 minutes from Auburn University, Downtown Opelika and more! It`s convenient location in Dadeville, AL gives you the best of both worlds for Game Day Weekends in Auburn!
Six bedrooms boast 1 king-sized bed, 3 queen beds, 1 full bed and 1 set of twin over full-sized bunk beds. Perfect for multiple families to enjoy quality time together in the open concept living area, screened-in porch and walk-off patio. The large deck, floating dock and beach area make a great way to entertain, relax and just be together with your friends or family.
Walk outside to the incredible view of Lake Martin from either the screened-in porch or the open-air back patio that is adorned with comfortable seating for lounging as well as a couple of dining areas. Even the kids have their own foldable picnic tables!
Make your way off the back deck to a grassy area between the house the waterfront. Perfect for throwing a football, playing corn hole or just letting the kids run around! Indulge in the private beach area with a firepit and chairs that make for the best place to watch others playing in the water.
A private boat ramp is right on the property and available for use by guests. Bring your own watercraft and secure it to the dock right on the waterfront of the property. Please note the boat lift is not available to guests.
For an additional cost, guests can obtain access to the activities shed with life jackets, kayaks, floats, coolers, and more.
For your security and the security of the property, video cameras are located on the front and back of the property. Each camera is audio capable as well.
A digital lock allows non-contact, easy access for all guests.
Please note that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE for any parties, extra guests (beyond the reserved amount) and broken house rules. The property is NO SMOKING. You will be assessed a $500 fee for smoking inside. Our properties are closely monitored for the safety of our guests, neighbors, and community.

Do not leave grill or fire pit unattended
Do not drag lake toys (floats, kayaks, etc.) on the ground from the shed to the lake. Please pick them up and carry them.
No items are to be hung on the cable rails of the patio. This includes towels, swimsuits, etc. Guests should not hang on the cable rails either.

Everyone thing was clean and as described. This is a very nice lake house with beautiful views and provides a nice environment for family and friends to gather. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful stay, beautiful, clean and comfortable home with lots of room and stunning scenery. Wish we could have stayed longer. A lake house weekend is just what is needed for the family and the soul!
