Welcome to Water's Edge Retreat on beautiful Lake Martin! Perfect for families, reunions, and football weekends! This newly constructed home sleeps 14 with 2 primary suites, queen rooms, fun bunk spaces (located in bedrooms and game room), an upstairs game area, spacious living and dining, screened porch, peaceful views, and private dock with room to dock your boat and swim. - plenty of room for families and groups to relax and make lasting memories!

Upstairs has a game/sitting area for kids and teens. Enjoy our private dock, where you can dock your boat and enjoy swimming right in your own backyard! Peaceful water views and outdoor spaces which are perfect for family meals, relaxing, and making lake memories. Ideal for families, reunions, and lake getaways.
The beach area across the slough is a private beach - please do not trespass or use any of the water toys or items.
