About this house rental

Come stay in our 6 bedroom lake house that has a perfect floor plan for large family reunions and Auburn Football weekends! The downstairs living room provides an excellent getaway for kids and teens while the main level offers gourmet kitchen, beautiful family room complete with stone fireplace, and a full sized laundry room. A large flat yard provides easy access to the lake and the large dock easily accommodates two large boats. The house has amazing views of Lake Martin and her spectacular sunsets. There are two large patio areas for grilling out and relaxing with friends and family. The house accommodates 12 people. We have an identical house across the street available for rent too.

House was blazing hot (above 80 degrees on arrival and took until 10 pm to cool down. No toilet paper, no trash bags. Water and ice dispenser in fridge broken. One very small Charcoal grill that fit maybe 6 burgers for a house that accommodates 12 ppl. Grill was full of ash and broken. I had to buy a grill at Dollar General to feed our group.. House was dirty, carpets and furniture stained, huge spider webs on lower deck everywhere. Toaster made 2 slices and worked poorly. Overall the property is poorly maintained and poorly equipped for a very expensive and large home. They did deliver toilet paper and a honey baked ham on day 2.
