We really enjoyed our stay here. My group of 7 had reserved this to be able to attend the Kentucky-Auburn football game. We thought this property was excellent. More than enough room for our group, and we appreciated that the kitchen had sufficient cooking supplies, as we ate several meals here. Golden Tee machine was a fun treat, and we all said we'd like to come visit when we could take advantage of the lake and kayaks. Really cool property, would definitely stay again.

We came to the lake for a wedding at Overlook Farms, this lake house was perfect for our family and was so close to the Venue. It was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, had plenty of toys for the lake, a great loft upstairs and room for all 3 cars. There are a lot of stairs but it was good for us.

We loved our four night stay at this property. House is privately located on a hill with trees in between properties so you are close to other houses yet you have privacy at the same time. As listed on the details, this house does require using stairs, but we did not mind it at all. It had everything we needed for our family of four and could easily accomadate more people. Beds were clean and comfortable, the house was nice with a bit of rustic feel to it (in a good way!). There is a Walmart located about 25 mins away and a Dollar General about 15 mins away. Beautiful views all around, kids enjoyed using the two kayaks provided. Very happy with this booking!

This house has so much potential, it’s in a fantastic location and the size is perfect for a larger family. The dock is also a great feature. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing. The kitchen cabinets, drawers, and pantry were dirty, with leftover condiments and miscellaneous food from previous guests. The bathrooms had partially used toiletries left behind, and there was trash and dirt under the beds. Light fixtures and vaulted ceilings were covered in dust and cobwebs, and the garbage cans inside and outside were not properly cleaned. We even had issues with ants and bugs.When we arrived, the outdoor trash was already full (on a Tuesday). We assumed it would be picked up the next morning, but it wasn’t. After reaching out, someone came and removed a few bags, but the problem wasn’t resolved, which was difficult given the size of our group.For the price of this rental, a professional cleaning service is badly needed. With better upkeep, this property could easily be a five-star stay.
