Welcome to Ponente Garden and Ponente Balcony , two elegant independent apartments, located respectively on the ground floor and first floor, which will offer you a bright and comfortable stay in the heart of picturesque Gravedona , on the magnificent Lake Como.
Gravedona , nestled between the majestic mountains of the Alps and the crystal clear waters of Lake Como, is a corner of paradise, renowned for its natural beauty and its rich historical and cultural heritage. You can walk through the charming cobbled streets of the historic center, admire the beautiful Church of Santa Maria del Tiglio and enjoy the authentic flavors of local cuisine in the many restaurants and cafés overlooking the lake. Nature lovers will find numerous outdoor activities: breathtaking hikes, relaxing walks along the lakefront promenade, water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and kayaking, and the opportunity to swim in the lake's crystal clear waters.
Our apartments are designed to offer maximum comfort and convenience. The kitchens at Ponente Garden and Ponente Balcony are fully equipped with all the necessary accessories, dishes, dishes and modern appliances, including oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, to conveniently prepare your meals. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: one double, one with bunk beds and one with a combination of double beds and bunk beds, to meet the needs of groups and families of different sizes.
Each apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi , heating and an area dedicated to smart working , perfect for those who must work during their stay. Plus, there's no shortage of extra amenities such as private parking for added convenience. Both apartments are completely at your disposal, with every detail taken care of to offer you a clean and welcoming environment, whether it's a business trip or a tourist visit.
