Everything you need in a place and a short walk to town

Cute little apartment a short walk from the center of town. The apartment was spotless, great A/C, and really comfy couch etc. Extra bonus: onsite parking, two patios, a small washer, and lovely host who sent us her recommendations for restaurants.

More of an FYI, the water in the shower does pool a little and European showers don't have tubs. Long American showers not recommended!

Modern and clean apartment. Host was very very considerate given our late arrival. Private parking available. Great location near a cafe and a short walk into Udine. Kitchen facilities great and washing machine a bonus!

Super Lage und schöne Ausstattung, prima für Familien!

Sehr nah zum Zentrum und einem wunderschönen Park mit Spielplatz gleich gegenüber. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Fahrradraum) und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Als Wirkung ausgesperrt hatten, wurde uns innerhalb von Minuten geholfen. Wir hatten während des Städtetrips einen geräumigen und nahen Rückzugsort. Werden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!!.

Moderně zařízený apartmán, vše vzorně připraveno, čistě uklizeno. Do centra procházkou 10 minut. Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni.

Sehr schönes Apartment, um Udine und Umgebung zu erkunden

Der Empfang war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus gehört dazu. In ca. 10 Minuten waren wir im Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Bistrots. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und das App artment ist unsere erste Wahl, wenn wir wiederkommen.

Es wäre schön, wenn es eine Erklärung in Englisch oder Deutsch zur Mülltrennung geben würde. Ein deutscher TV Sender wäre ebenfalls schön.

В путешествиях мы стараемся останавливаться в апартаментах. Результат: одни из лучших апартаментов за последнее время. Просторная квартира, спальня с удобной кроватью и качественным пастельным бельем. В гостиной установлен диван-кровать. Кухня полностью оборудована: комплект необходимой посуды, микроволновая печь, посудомоечная машина. Санузел безупречен. В апартаментах кристальная чистота. Удобное парковочное место под окнами. Всем рекомендую апартаменты и для длительного проживания. Чувствуешь себя как дома.

Felújított parkolós apartman, közel a belvároshoz.

Könnyen megközelíthető épület, elektromos töltővel felszerelt tágas parkoló. A környék csendes, a közelben 2 percre van egy nagy park, a belváros pedig kb. 10-12 perces sétatávolságra van. A belvárosban nagyon jók az éttermek és a boltok, a Centro Studi bevásárlóközpont pedig szintén sétatávolságban van. Az apartman nagyon modern, minden szóba klímával és redőnnyel felszerelt.

Az apartmanban volt ugyan wc papír, konyhai törlőkendő, mosókapszula, de mindenből csak egy-egy darab állt rendelkezésre. Az utóbbi időben mi azt tapasztaltuk, hogy az apartmanokban bővebben biztosítanak ilyesmiket. A szállás igényes, divatos, szépen felújított és jól felszerelt, talán megérné öt-tíz euróval többet felszámolni egy tartózkodásra, de bővebben kellene biztosítani az ilyen alapvető dolgokat.

GUt und preislich ok. Die nicht funktionierende E-Lade Station war eine große Einschränkung

Gut Lage groß und komfortabel, ruhig.

Teilweise etwas zurückhaltend. Wenig Klopapier, wenig Kaffetabs, kein Duschgel et. Wesentlich war aber, dass die E-Lade Station für das Auto nicht funktionierte. Wir habe das quartier genommen extra weil eine Ladestation angeboten wurde. Das hatte zur Folge, dass wir einen Nachmittag und einen Vormittag eine andere bezahlbare E-Lade STation suchen mussten. Das war für den Urlaub schon eine größere Einschränkung. Evtl. Wäre eine kleine Anerkennung oder Refundierung für uns schon angemessen, da wir viel Urlaubszeit verbraucht haben damit.

casa moderna, arredato bene, letto confortevole, bagno spazioso, ,molto vicino al centro città e lontano dai rumori. facie e veloce il ritiro delle chiavi. parcheggio privato con ricarica elettrica.

qualche odore in bagno. gestori molto gentili e reattivi per risolvere il problema.
