The location is very convenient, close to city center. The garage is big and easy accesible.
There was an odd sewage smell in the appartment.
The sleeping room door was not closing because the bed was on this way.
Strange sounds, like cracks, could be heard from time to time.

Location near the center of Portogruaro, underground garage, spacious rooms with coffee machine, easy communication with the staff, dog friendly, easy reachable by car

Huge rooms, underground parking lot. Close to historic center of city.
No common areas, no lobby, no breakfast, no restaurants, no reception (after 5 PM). Just set of independent rooms.
AC in out room was impossible to stop. It restarted every two minutes.
