An excellent apartment which suited our needs.

Secure underground parking. Very spacious modern apartment. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good location with cafe bars under apartments and next door. Easy walk to old town with bars and restaurants.

Just bed - no breakfast.

Huge rooms, underground parking lot. Close to historic center of city.

No common areas, no lobby, no breakfast, no restaurants, no reception (after 5 PM). Just set of independent rooms. AC in out room was impossible to stop. It restarted every two minutes.

We got upgrade to full apartment. Thanks. Very comfortable and cozy. Excellent air conditioning with ventilation. Easy check-in with in advance instructions. Convenient underground parking. Comfortable beds. Super rain shower ) Beautiful view. 5 min walk to old town.

We spent one night only but the accomodation was perfect. Nice, simple, modern style room, clean, warm with comfortable beds. The receptionist gave us instructions for entering the room and garage through WhatsApp since we arrived late but it was all very detailed and clear even with video of the area so we recognize it when we arrive.

Really enjoyed our stay, helpful and friendly staff, nice large room with view.

The staff were very helpful and kind. We forgot a phone charger and they lent us one immediately. The room was very big and had a nice view.

Overall it was a great location, a great price, a great view, but I will bring a vacuum next time.

The view from the room was amazing, the entire wall was windows! The room was very spacious. It was close to the center and many great stores.

The room was not cleaned well. The shower had hair in it, the bed had eyelashes and dirt under the covers, the couch had stains upon stains upon stains. The light over the shower didn't work. And there were no extra blankets to throw on the couch to avoid sitting on all the stains.

Very good value for money in a modern well located apartment

Excellent location, on-site secure parking, very pleasant staff and an excellent suite. Even though one side overlooks the local main hospital there is no road noise.

We came out of season but Italy was experiencing something of a heatwave (late October). The air conditioning had been deactivated for the winter - but the room got very hot

Spacious clean apartments with conditioning, king size bad, large sofa for sleeping, 2 TV, good WiFi, and all kitchen facilities, including washing machine. Bottle of local wine with greeting. City Center is 10 minutes by foot. Nice cafe is outside. Hostess is very helpful and cute. And inside parking is pleasant addition) For us it was important- 30 minutes by car till nice beach and sea.

Modern and spacious accommodation in a nice setting by the river with all modern facilities

We had a big spacious apartment ideal for a family of four with kids; modern kitchen and fittings, a nice bathroom and convenient underground parking; a 5-10 min walk to the historic city centre with shops and restaurants; ALI supermarket 5mins walking. We made our own breakfast (coffee machine with capsules provided and some tea bags) but there is a coffee place downstairs. Good wifi and strong AC but see below. Very convenient for day trips in the area, outlet shopping and beaches (we drove 25-30 mins to Caorle every day);

The air conditioning was very well working, but we found the strong air-freshener added to the fresh air automatically very irritating; the dose should be drastically reduced;

Very nice apartment in Portogruaro. Good for short but especially for longer stays. Children demanded to stay longer, but that was not an option, unfortunately.

Near by cafeteria is closed on Sundays. To consider when planning breakfast.

Nice apartments, clean, had everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom with big shower and everything even slippers, strong wifi, good parking in closed garage, online check-in

Location near water so it was full of mosquitoes everywhere, was given instructions for online check-in, but although the idea is good, it was like an escape the room game, no breakfast available on Sundays, booked deluxe apartment with 2 sofas, had only one sofa and it was not confortable, the ventilation in sofa room was too strong and could not be stopped, no balcony

the appartment are fantastic! great space with leaving room, small kitchen and table. The bed is very spacious and matrasses of good quality. Lot of space for storage in cabinets. The view from my room was directly on the river and the bridge. The little coffee in front of the hotel serves very good coffee and italian breakfast clasics at fair price
