Secure underground parking. Very spacious modern apartment. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good location with cafe bars under apartments and next door. Easy walk to old town with bars and restaurants.

Huge rooms, underground parking lot. Close to historic center of city.
No common areas, no lobby, no breakfast, no restaurants, no reception (after 5 PM). Just set of independent rooms.
AC in out room was impossible to stop. It restarted every two minutes.
