Convenient stay for a family. The are around the apartment is very nice (restaurants, shops, cafe's)

The apartment is located 3 min from the beach. The rooms are clean and kitchen is very functional and washing machine works well. It is a very convenient stay for a family. The area is quiet at night, there are many restaurants and shops around the apartment.

Nice stay for a family, washing machine, kitchen, balcony, TV for kids, walking access to the beach, there is a nice waterpark 20 minutes walking.

Acceptable with some disclaimers

The apartment is on the ground floor and is clean and spacious The location is not so close to the city center but the beach is close.

The balcony door was stuck and we had to stay in the room for half a day for the workers to fix it, that time was lost from our vacation time. Also they made some dirt that had to be cleaned by us or live with it (we cleaned it). There are no bedsheets and towels. Please read the facilities notes and know that if you don't bring them with you, you will pay for them. There is no central heating for hot water, but a boiler that delivers very hot water, please be careful. Last but not least downside is that you have to go to the agency to get the keys and bring them back when checking out. It was much better if they used a key safe like other similar locations we went to.

Affordable accommodation close to the see.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is very well located and easily accessible from anywhere in the city. The beach is very close and shopping is no problem at the nearby shops. The apartment is tidy and clean and the cappuccino at the hotel around the corner is excellent :)

We were given bed linen last time, but that's a minor problem. Now they have been pushing furniture (chairs, table ? ) around in the apartment above us all week. Literally from the early hours of the morning. It was impossible to sleep at times. We are very sorry about this as we had no problems apart from this.

Exceptional

Amazing location. 1 min to the beach. 3 min to the water. Clean and well equipped apartment. Near to the Luna Park and to the historic centre. We have spent 13 days and we felt like home. Quiet street with restaurants,shops and pharmacy around the corner. Very kind and professional staff from Agency "Cocal". They make sure that we have everything to feel comfortable. The apartment was not too hot,we haven't use the Klima at all. Also a lot of TV channels were available on the smart TV. I can only recommend this place. We were here for the second time. We are coming back for sure.

A few new glasses and WiFi would be appreciated.

Really nice location - not very noisy, close to the beach, bakery and pizzeria round the corner. Our apartment (15) was super good - oriented north-east, south-east with 2 terraces. Dishwasher, air-conditioning in the apartment.

No Wi-Fi. In the bedroom there was a double bed (perfect) and a single bed - saggy and creaky. In the living room (more likely in the kitchen) there was a bunk bed but the the upper bed had no railing. All sounds from the neighboring apartments can be heard. Dust under the beds, poorly washed dishes, dirty bed spreads. The kitchen could be more equipped (wooden spoon, pots...).

A perfect place staying Caorle if you don´t need to have a 4 star hotel - practically and affordable

The Lady where you pick up the keys was absolutely nice, also when giving back the keys even we were half an hour too late. The appartement is very good for 3 People if ok sleeping in one Room. If you´re 5 it´ll be bit cosy with the sleeping couch in the kitchen and it´s not the newest one, so I suggest this for 3 and then you´re in a perfect place for a very affordable price. It´s not even a minute to the beach and there is a little grocery store directly in the house over the street. There were 2 balconies, one at the sleeping room and one at the kitchen - very good if you want to have little offtime ;-) Also the parcking situation is perfect with gated space completely arround the appartement house. Please don´t expect a 4 star hotel, it´s an appartement with normal stuff, sometimes not the newest, but everything was clean and in good conditions, so everything I was expecting. The money I´ve safed comparing to a hotel was perfect for going out eating in different restaurants or bars - and you have a full kitchen if you like to cook by your own (or have lots of beers inside ;-) ) If you´d like to have a little hangover and having a long night just go to BAR MOSQUITO they even had Munich Oktoberfest (Wiesn) Beer and lotta other ones

Dissapointing

The location. It was very quiet, a lot of shade, near the beach, across the shop, ...

The airconditioning was very mouldy, the closet smelled badly of mould, consequently the air in the apartment smelled of mould all the time. The washing machine was old and rusty. There was no washing line. The stove didn't work properly.

L'appartamento e gli arredi hanno un odore sgradevole simile alla fogna, l'ingresso dell'appartamento era pieno di ragnatele, le tende erano sporche, il frigo presentava ruggine sulla porta, sul soffitto della camera si vedeva della muffa, dentro i cassetti della cucina erano sporchi, c'erano dei tubi non chiusi che uscivano dalle pareti.

Casa molto sporca (cucina appiccicosa, bagno con polvere, divano letto scomodo e sporco, trovato scarafaggio in camera da letto), un solo split per aria condizionata, frigorifero mal funzionante, poche indicazioni iniziali da parte dell’agenzia, quasi nulla a disposizione (caffettiera molto vecchia e sporca, kit iniziare irrisorio per la cucina, bagno completamente vuoto senza carta igienica o sapone almeno per le mani)

Posizione eccellente! Appartamento al pian terreno perfetto per portare dentro e fuori tutto il necessario per mio figlio di un anno! L'anno prossimo, se dovessimo ripetere la vacanza, chiederò espressamente lo stesso appartamento!

Unica cosa negativa trovata é la spina shuco della lavatrice inserita a forza in una presa italiana... Io avevo portato da casa un adattatore ma sarebbe meglio che fosse già in dotazione!

Leider schmutzig und schlechter Geruch

Das Zimmer – und ganz besonders Pölster und Decken – haben gestunken. An den Wänden neben Bett und Couch war Schmutz. Es gab unverputze Kabel und Leitungen. Die Pölster der Couch waren fleckig. Nachdem sonst nichts frei war, haben wir auch keinen Ersatz bekommen. Wir sind jedes Jahr in Caorle und hatten schon viele Appartements in dieser Preisklasse, da war dieses das schlechteste.
