- Nice place which is on one hand close to city center and main beach but on the other hand ideal for small kids thanks to perfectly silent location which surrounds the apartman. - Reserved parking slot - The lady of the house was super pleasant and nice and helped us with all our needs. :-) - We will surely return for more days next time.

- General problem - Mosquitoes :-)

The location(only a few min walk to the beach, the city centre, the luna park and the water park), the size of the rooms (the whole apartment is big and spacious).

The furniture was very old, the rooms were facing the street, which is very noisy and well light all the time, no air conditioning, no washing machine.

Date una rinnovata allo stabile sembrava di andare nella Berlino Est degli anni 50 purtroppo...

La posizione a 100 mt dal mare

Casa vecchia,molto poco curata. Dovevo stare 2 notti ma siamo scappati...dopo la prima notte! I servizi sono veramente limitati giusto 3 sacchetti della pattumiera,un rotolo di carta igienica e lenzuola a noleggio(che ti danno al momento del ritiro chiavi,quindi devi farti il letto,che fino a qui ok ma se al mattino ti puliscono casa prima del check-in e mettono le federe perché non fanno anche i letti? Alla prenotazione avevo detto di volere la biancheria..) Prese elettriche una dietro al divano mezza staccata dal muro e le altre giusto 4 forse in tutta casa... Bagno (la doccia) no tenda,no box...nulla! Se non stavi super attento allagavi l'intero bagno. I letti scomodissimi... L'aria Condizionata non raffreddava nulla nonostante i filtri puliti e tutte le impostazioni da telecomando fossero giuste. Lo Stabile peccato perché la posizione è veramente bella ma veramente troppo fatiscente

Appartamento spazioso e funzionale, posizione strategica vicino alla spiaggia ed ai servizi. La proprietaria è stata estremamente disponibile e ha migliorato una già ottima esperienza. Ottimo soggiorno!

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e davvero pulito

La struttura si presenta pulita e molto comoda, nonostante partissimo un attimo sfiduciosi date le recensioni riguardo la pulizia, non abbiamo riscontrato alcun tipo di problema, al contrario abbiamo trovato un appartamento accogliente, pulito e ben organizzato. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente la proprietaria di casa, ossia la signora Francesca, la quale per ogni singola necessità era subito disponibile e nel giro di pochi secondi scioglieva ogni singolo dubbio. Noi eravamo un gruppo di 5 ragazzi e dunque sapevamo di non essere un cliente facile sopratutto per il rientro alle ore piccole della notte, il quale non è mai stato un problema anzi, la signora Francesca ci ha pure prestato gratuitamente le sue personali biciclette per muoverci più comodamente durante la nostra permanenza. Un altro punto a favore è sicuramente il prezzo, poiché vanta sicuramente uno dei prezzi migliori della piazza, sopratutto per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità-prezzo il quale è decisamente sbalorditivo in confronto con le strutture vicine e calcolando che l’appartamento si trova a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Insomma un’esperienza sicuramente positiva e da rifare i prossimi anni, e che grazie a Francesca ha trasformato questa vacanza in un bel ricordo da portarsi dentro a lungo.
