It is a nicely furnished, spacious apartment, but no microwave oven and toaster in the kitchen
We could park in the agency's court when picking up the keys.

We really like the stay but because of parking and the owners' behavior we wont come back.
We like the apartment very much, the location was great- close to sea. In the kitchen we missed pots (there was one broken one and other small one), but it was ok.
We didn't like the parking. Very narrow, almost impossible to park on some designated parking lots. The owners were very crazy and arrogant about the parking (they woke us and others at 0:30 to move the cars!!!). This is a deal breaker for us and therefore we wont come back although we really like the stay.

the location, it is 2 minutes from the beach.
unfortunatelly we had a lot of disappointments. First of all when we arrived to the appartment it turned out that it is not the one we booked. We booked a studio apprtment wich included an alcove ( a seperated bed), a sofa bed, a washing machine etc, outdoor furniture for the terrace. Instead of it we got a one space apartment without alcove, sofa bed, washing machine or outdoor furnitures. There were not even any photos of this apartment when we checked booking.com, so we dont know how we could get this one. Of course we called the agency for help and to understand what happened and they can only said that this is the only free appartment now. Well, I dont think this is a solution...but we could live without a washing machine etc, even we could forgive that we got another appartment instead the one we booked, but the attitude they were "handling" this issue was very bad. Despite these facts we then only asked for a table to our terrrace so we could have breakfast or dinner outside ( the indoor table was too big, we couldnt take it to the terrace), they promised to bring it by the next day, but nothing happened...we never received the table (neither a refund ) Another thing is the beach....nobody told us that in Caorle there are regulation where you can put your own towels....Basicly you cannot use the 3 km long beach as it is for the hotel customers or people who pay 20 eur per day for the unbrellas, it means that you cannot even put your towels in front the of the sununbrellas where is a 200 m free sandy space between the unbrellas and the water. As we have our own sununbrella we could only use a so-called free-beach which meant approximetly 80 m2 space where all the other people with their own sunbrellas and towels were lying crowded. So we pay a lot of money for this appartment and we couldnt even use the closest beach....it is not fair. We recommend you to avoid this agency and appartment.

Lage direkt am Strand, mit Parkplatz für Auto & Fahrrädern, mit Klimaanlage. Wunderbare Terrasse. Ruhig
Ausstattung ist spartanisch, z.B kein Fön. Parkplatz #1 für heutige Autos etwas schmal

War in Ordnung!
Mein Bus hat mich an der Schlüsselübergabe abgesetzt und ist dann zur Unterkunft weitergefahren um meine Freundin dort mit unserem Gepäck abzuliefern. Ich musste mit der gesamten Bettwäsche 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Unterkunft gehen , da man kein Taxi organisieren konnte!
Der Balkon und die Balkonmöbel waren übersät mit Sand! Wir mussten zuerst putzen ,bevor wir den Balkon benützen konnten!
Das waren die einzigen Minuspunkte. Sonst war alles in Ordnung!
