The view and the balcony
AC doesnt work, cold water and very dirty under bed, old furniture . And parking lot its a lie, you dont have one you have to park 100m away from residence in a public parking if u have luck

Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, de a felújítás elengedhetetlen.
Nagy méretű apartman, öten kényelmesen elfértünk.Tenger valóban nagyon közel van, az első erkélyről látni is lehet. Rövid sétával könnyen elérhető az óváros, sétáló utcák. Konyha jól felszerelt. Mosógép is van, bár mi nem használtuk.
Tenger közelsége miatt választottuk a szállást, mert a 83 éves anyukám jött velünk. Sajnos az irodában szembesültünk azzal, hogy az apartman a harmadik emeleten van. Ezt érdemes lenne a leírásban közölni. A fürdőszoba kb. 2 nm a wc-vel, zuhanyzóval együtt, elég szűkös. Csaptelepek és a villanyhálózat rászolgáltak a cserére. Némelyik dugaj és villany kapcsoló kontakthibás.

Es war eine wunderschöne Erfahrung, ich habe dort die schönsten Tage verbracht und hoffe, das nächstes Jahr wiederholen zu können. Eine wunderschöne Wohnung am Strand und eine wundervolle Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Elektrogeräten, Klimaanlage und Luxusausstattung ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Ich hatte nie Probleme mit dem Parken. Es gab einen kostenlosen Parkplatz 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Wenn Sie 7 Minuten die Corniche entlanggehen, erreichen Sie das historische Schloss und der alte Markt ist sehr schön. Ich rate jedem, diesen Ort auszuprobieren. Wir danken der Wohnungsverwaltung und dem Personal für die gute Zusammenarbeit und Freundlichkeit. Vielen Dank von ganzem Herzen.

Ich werde diese Wohnung nie wieder buchen.
Das Personal in der Agencia Cocal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Hat mir sehr Eindruck gemacht. Vielen Dank. Die Lage der Wohnung war gut, nahe am Sandstrand und ruhig
Die Wohnung war eine Katastrophe. Dusche, Betten und die gesamte Einrichtung war unzumutbar. Die Dusche im Badezimmer war verkalkt und ohne Wasserdruck. Geduscht haben wir auf der Terrasse, wo alle Nachbarn zuschauen konnten. Die Etagenbetten waren viel zu kurz. Das Doppelbett: so etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen!
