Okay, but won’t book again

Check in was late (after 6pm) so we had to drive to Caorle‘s City Center to pick up our keys and then drive to the villagio. We didn’t have a car, so it was a bit cumbersome and not clear in the booking that the keys had to be picked up at a completely different location than the villagio itself. Employees were super nice though and available through messages and WhatsApp. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was big. Mosquito nets in the windows were great! Check out was easy. Bakery, coffee shop and restaurant at Villagio Amare across the street are great! Beach is beautiful.

No hand soap, no hair dryer. Black stuff in shower, around sink drain and in washing machine. Lots of mosquitos outside, so we didn’t use the outside patio. AC units looked „dirty“ (didn’t use). All cupboards smelled funky when opened, so we didn’t unpack anything and lived out of our suitcase. Found left over dead mosquitoes squashed on white walls when arrived. Sofa in living room has seen better days. The reception of the villagio rents out bikes which are very helpful as you‘re literally in the middle of nowhere but not to renters of this specific apartment. Not sure why but we tried and the employee told us no. We didn’t use the kitchen and the pool area so can’t comment on those.

when we arrived everything was full of dog hair. they offered to send staff over to clean again but we agreed that they drop off a vacuum. for the next few days we still vacuumed dog hair from everywhere.

Ubytování pěkné a klidné, prošlo částečnou rekonstrukci (vymalováno, novy nábytek, matrace). Můžeme posoudit, protože jsme zde byli před 4 lety, kdy byly již zjevné tyto nedostatky. Do této lokality se s dětmi pravidelně vracíme již 5.rok. Vyhovuje nám klid a krásné menší nepřecpané pláže (Baya Blue, Baya Blanca), které jsou tedy za příplatek.. za ruchem se dá dojet do blízkého Caorle😉 opravdu všem doporučujeme! Ubytování zprostředkované od agentury Lampo-za nás v pořádku👍 Drobné nedostatky bez problému vyřešeny (chybějící polštáře na apartmánu a záměna parkovacího místa).

Maximální komfort kazí absence síti na oknech proti komárům. I když jsme měli repelenty v zásuvce, nejsou 100% účinné. Pak by se ani nemuselo tak často malovat😄
