The house consists of a living/dining room with a trundle bed, an open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower box. The property's main features are a private garden and a balcony. It comes with a washing machine, and one uncovered parking space. Beach distance: 590mt. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
