Materassi dei letti assolutamente pessimi ..doccia con acqua calda con boiler rumoroso e scarsa durata (è anche vero che eravamo in 4)

Helpful owner.
We were initially offered a very poor room at the back of the house on the ground floor facing into a yard and with half the window screened off by "Obscure film". After we raised concerns we were offered a better room on the first floor
I had searched for accommodation in Killarney by breakfast included, but didn't realise until the morning that the Breakfast included was Continental only and did NOT include a cooked breakfast. This was NOT clear from the website (you had to go to another screen for details of the food offer) and made the accommodation poor value for money
