Relaxing place at good location

Location right next to Tram, but quiet at night. I don’t really care for the specific style but even I could tell the interior was of high quality and designed with much love and attention to usability and practicability. This apartment was a rare instance where I never thought something was missing or could be done better.

No air conditioning, which was no problem in January.

Near Tram station 3-5 minutes walk just 3 station for the Christmas’s market. One bed apartment fully decorated with tropical style with full kitchen and washing machine.

Only drawback it’s located in Third floor.

A seaside dream in the heart of Strasbourg – warm, stylish, and unforgettable! Our stay at Immersion Bord de Mer – La Paillote Strasbourgeoise was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is not only spotless and beautifully decorated, but also full of charm and personality — it truly feels like a coastal escape right in the city. The “starry sky” ceiling adds a magical touch at night, and the video projector made our movie evenings feel like a private cinema experience. Every detail is carefully thought out, from the beach-themed accents to the cozy lighting and practical amenities. It’s clear a lot of love went into creating this space. Cathy, the host, was simply wonderful even before we arrived— super friendly, welcoming, and always available via messages. She made us feel taken care of from the very beginning, offering clear instructions and quick answers to any question. Although the private parking space is best suited for cars under 4.7m, we had absolutely no trouble finding street parking just a few meters away on the adjacent streets! The area is quiet and safe, and the tram stop is literally a minute away — perfect for reaching the city center quickly and without stress. All in all, this place exceeded our expectations. It’s cozy, creative, perfectly located, and hosted with heart. We’d come back in a heartbeat and recommend it 100% to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Everything is perfect

Wow – what an absolutely stunning apartment! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that every single detail had been thoughtfully considered. The design is simply magnificent – stylish, modern, and so comfortable, yet still incredibly cozy and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need in a house is already there: fully equipped kitchen, super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, even little extras like coffee, toiletries, and plenty of storage space. It’s clear the host really cares about their guests' experience. The location? Perfect! Just steps away from everything – great restaurants, public transport, and local attractions. Whether you’re here to explore or just relax, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. And I have to say… the host is honestly the cutest person ever. So warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect, and it truly was. Can’t recommend this place enough – I’d move in if I could!

Nice luxe stay in French paillote apartment near main train station in Strasbourg.

We reached Luxe at Evasion, Rotonde stop by A & D Line tram from main train station. Rotonde tram stop is the first stop from main train station and property is just few meters opp. restaurant Chez Mario, Pizzeria. Cathy is very helpful host. She guided us very responsibly to get the keys on the apartment at 2nd floor. The wooden spiral staircase to the door may be tough for others but we managed with our suitcases. Interior is done tastefully with paillote theme. Enjoyed the music and cinema on Home Projector TV theatre. Small grocery store and a good restaurant are just few across the street. Very neat & Clean apartment with a big bedroom and and bathroom. Cosy round double bed with fresh bed sheets , covers and towels. There was no meal plan in our stay. But kitchen is well equipped, spacious modern, loaded with tea - coffee. Also found Olive, Salt, pepper and Balsamic vinegar in ample quantities. We enjoyed our self cooked meals. Thanks for the complimentary nice Alsace Wine and chocolate box.

Toller, gelungener Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben für einen kurzfristigen Trip nach Straßburg diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung gebucht. In der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und toll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Insgesamt ist alles sehr gepflegt. Auch wurden wir mit hilfreichen Infos von Cathy versorgt, da zur Zeit die Tramhaltestelle außer Betrieb war und Ersatzbusse verkehrten. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Magnifique séjour à la paillote Strasbourgeoise

Tout était absolument parfait Le logement est merveilleux (spacieux, propre, joliment décoré, ultra équipé, fonctionnel et cocooning) et l hôte est juste trop gentille , au petit soin , très réactive au message et honnêtement, je m'y suis sentie tellement bien , que je suis resté plus longtemps que prévu et je ne voulais plus repartir. C'était un magnifique séjour

Rien a dire Cathy à fait un très beau boulot avec ce logement et ses services. Un immense bravo

Immersion totale à la mer !

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à La Paillote Strasbourgeoise et ce fut un réel plaisir. L’appartement se situe à 2 pas du Tramway qui nous amène en quelques minutes en plein centre. L’appartement est grand, propre, moderne et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. C’est une réel immersion dans le thème plage et mer : un vrai dépaysement ! La cuisine est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et tellement bien décorée, c’est un bonheur d’y prendre son petit déjeuner. La chambre étoilée est un must ! Et coup de cœur pour le rétro projecteur, qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. La hôte Cathy était aux petits soins avec nous. Allez y les yeux fermés ! Merci pour tout ! Nous reviendrons !

Super geschmackvoll und überraschend eingerichtet, total romantisch und mega sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr und denkt einfach an alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder - für süße Träume unter dem Sternenhimmel ✨ Danke und weiter so!

Bei Außentemperaturen von mehr als 30 Grad wird es doch recht warm ohne Klimaanlage. Wenn man aber Nachts gut lüftet helfen die Ventilatoren eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Die Standard Check-out Zeit könnte statt 10 Uhr auf 11 Uhr verlängert werden. Man kann gegen Aufpreis jedoch stündlich verlängern. Das ist aber alles zu verschmerzen. Also nur 9.9/10 😄
