Perfect for smokers

Near center of city, christmas market, tram

Smelled heavily of cigarettes, when i got to paris my clothes smelled of cigarettes. Very dark entry alley at night Had to buy toilet paper

Aesthetically pleasing but uncomfortable in every other way

While an aesthetically pleasing the accommodation was very uncomfortable in a number of ways. The bed was quite hard & uncomfortable. The heat in the apartment was unbearable. With only a small fan & no aircon this meant we struggled to sleep throughout our trip which had a significant impact on our energy levels for enjoying trips out etc. When I discussed this with the manager they didn’t really seem to offer any ways to improve the situation. Opening the windows at night helped a little but led to us getting bites from bugs coming in. There was also someone sleeping rough on a mattress in the courtyard which made us feel unsafe on an evening coming back.

Posizione vicino alla stazione.

Una puzza di fumo incredibile. Completamente al buio in una strada senza vie d’uscita, in un edificio disabitato. Praticamente la base per un film horror. Abbiamo anche trovate insetti all’interno e umidità.

Altbau, super Lage

Super Lage, sehr ruhig, romantisch mit den Pflanzen auf der Fassade Ansprechend dekoriert und beleuchtet Großer Fernseher, viele Programme Reichlich Besteck und Geschirr ( nur 1 Weinglas, aber !), guter Kühlschrank Sehr schöne, große Dusche

Beim Reinkommen roch die Wohnung nach Zigaretten,, der Kleiderschrank roch sehr stark danach. Das Bad roch nach Abwasser. Die Badetücher wirkten alt und abgenutzt. Der Wasserhahn im Bad war nicht fest fixiert, hat sich mitgedreht Die Matratze war abgelegen

Appartement insalubre inhabitable

Je suis arrivée dans l'appartement à 19h avec mon bébé et enceinte de 6 mois. Désenchantement, le ménage n'avait pas été fait. L'appartement était insalubre. Draps tachés, souillés. Vaisselle non faite. Denrées dans.le frigo. Linges sales. Linges dans la machine à laver. Salle de bain sale, pas de papier toilette. Saleté et sol collant... Impossible de rester dormir dans ces conditions. Pas de personne en visu car système de boîte à clefs. Je n'ai pu joindre uniquemenr la conciergerie par téléphone qui au bout d'une heure m'indique que le service de ménage ne passera pas et que je peux annuler mon séjour ! Sans me donner de solution de secours. J'ai dû trouver un hôtel à 20h un samedi soir à Strasbourg avec un bébé qui hurlait de fatigue et enceinte de 6 mois. Que de stress et de temps gâché. Je reçois un mail dans la soirée pour m'indiquer que le logement est libre le lendemain et que je peux décaler mon séjour. Humour alsacien de très mauvais goût !!

Joli petit appartement bien équipé et bien situé.

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique à proximité de la place Kleber et du tram B pour aller au travail. Beaucoup de petits restos dans les abords immediats.La cuisine était bien équipée : il y avait même un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. Un grand frigo avec un compartiment congélateur. Déco soignée. Mise à disposition de tout le necessaire: pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, capsules pour la machine à café...

Le bâtiment semble avoir un problème d'humidité, forte odeur d'humidité dans la cage d'escalier. A notre arrivée, odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement ( nous avons bien aéré et l'odeur est partie).

Een verblijf op een heel goede locatie

De ligging was heel goed. We bevonden ons zeer dicht bij het centrum en de lekkere restaurantjes.

Bij aankomst was onze kamer niet in orde. Het was niet schoongemaakt en de vuile handdoeken van de vorige gasten lagen op de grond. Dit was frustrerend omdat je als gast wilt aankomen in een propere kamer. We hebben onmiddellijk de accommodatie gecontacteerd. We moesten de kamer verlaten zodat ze konden poetsen. Dit was jammer aangezien we pas om 15u30 hadden ingecheckt en ze de hele dag de tijd hadden. Daarnaast werkte de ventilator in de kamer ook niet en was het dus heel erg warm. Er heerste ook een muffe geur in de kamer.

Localisation top, appartement ok mais comportement à revoir

L’appartement est très bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre. Il est très fonctionnel et conforme aux photos.

Je ne peux être positive sur mon séjour. J’avais demandé à Christophe une arrivée un peu avant 16h. Après des « on verra si le ménage est fait l’appartement dispo etc » quelques heures avant mon arrivée il me dit que c’est possible … moyennant 20e supplémentaire. Évidemment ça aurait été au black je suppose. J’ai refusé et suis arrivée après 16h. Autant dépenser ces 20e dans une tarte flambée et une bière. Le départ quant à lui se fait à 10h tapante puisqu’a 9h55 la femme de ménage attend au pied de l’appart. L’appart est donc prêt bien avant 16h… Pour le prix un départ 11h ne serait pas du luxe. Le matelas du lit est quant à lui horrible, il y a un trou sur le matelas à gauche et le store de droite est cassé donc impossible d’avoir le noir complet ou 100% de luminosité. Le bâtiment pue et c’est très sale. Heureusement que l’appartement est quant à lui très propre. Bref l’appart est bien mais le comportement de Christophe vis à vis d’un bien qu’il surestime très clairement rend l’expérience très désagréable.

Die Wohnung war praktisch eingerichtet. Ruhig und zentral gelegen. Leider hatten wir durch die Matratze Rückenschmerzen.

Die Lage ist großartig! Zentral und doch ruhig. Die Einrichtung war für 2 Personen sehr gut. Es gibt keinen Backofen. Das Bett war groß genug für 2 Personen mit der für Frankreich typischen Variante der Bettdecke;). Über das Schlafsofa können wir keine Angaben machen.

Die Matratze war extrem durchgelegen. Dies war wirklich ein Problem.

On se adapté à la situation pour ne pas gâcher notre weekend

La position très pre du centre-ville Le lit très confortable

Le bâtiment très abandonné avec l’escalier mal odorant L’arbre trop grand devant la fenêtre qui empêche la lumière d’entrer Le plan de cuisson qui ne fonctionne pas bien La manque des quelques pastilles pour la lave-vaisselle
