It was great inside with a nice modernizing of a classic old apartment but hot in summer
The public spaces and entry were very badly looked after with no lighting in the entrance with steep staircase and outside in a laneway entry of a pedestrian way. I would definitely not recommend this to women or people worried about their safety for muggings or an accident trying to enter the building. Sad really

Near center of city, christmas market, tram
Smelled heavily of cigarettes, when i got to paris my clothes smelled of cigarettes. Very dark entry alley at night Had to buy toilet paper
