Ruhige und saubere Gegend/Lage
Klimaanlage vorhanden

Badezimmer gut ausgestattet
Die Wohnung war insgesamt nicht sauber bzw. wurde davor nicht gründlich sauber gemacht und das hat man auch gesehen - Couch sah auch nicht einladend aus -
Vermieter war nett aber Kommunikation war nicht möglich, da dieser kein Englisch spricht

A clean, bright, and spacious apartment, perfectly equipped for two families of up to 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, and all the appliances are brand new and spotless. The host is very welcoming and was kind enough to be flexible with our check-out time.
Highly recommended for families with children!
Just a few things to note: the tram to the center is about 15 minutes away on foot, and evening street parking can be tricky (though the host provides a paid garage option). These are just small details to know before booking, not complaints!

モダンな設備で必要なものは全て揃っていました！またホストとのやりとりもとてもスムーズでした。チェックインとチェックアウト時の鍵の受け渡しもとてもスムーズでした。事前にホスト経由で当日の担当の連絡先を聞いており、当日は親切な女性の担当の方が時間通りに来てくれ、部屋の使い方を丁寧に説明してくれました。シャワーキャビンのドアが壊れていて上手く閉めないとキャビンから水が出てしまったのですが、これもホスト側で問題を把握していてチェックイン時に説明してくれたので、多少水が出てしまっても気にせずに使うことができました。今後ホストがキャビンの修理をしてくれることを期待します。
