Just for 1 night it is OK

It's a very nice apartment cozy and comfortable. Nothing more than that. Enough for 1 night because of many issues.

1. Unacceptable way to enter especially if you have a car. You must leave your car unprotected in the street, call an automated number that opens the door then you go up 3 floors to get the keys, you come down 3 floors, you park your car, then you go again 3 floors up.In check out again, you come down 3 floors on foot of course to unlock the parking door which is always locked then you go up again then down again. And Noone in the phone if you need sth. What simpler could be to have a keybox somewhere to get and leave the keys? 2. Very dirty. Hair on linen, sponge in kitchen must be from Noe era, all shampoo and soap bottles totally empty, scratched walls, dry boogers on the walls, bathroom drains smelt so badly,towels dry and grey. And on top of that, the management company requested that we clean the place before we go, by unmaking the beds, taking the rubbish with us, and cleaning the fridge. Really? So what should you do??? Just taking the money?

The property was too expensive for what it didn't supply.

Our first impression was that the apartment was rundown, as the first view into the apartment was a broken and torn blind over the sink. That dampened our mood straight away. Going through the property we noticed that the toilet seat was too small to fit the toilet, not enough toilet paper (1.5 rolls) for 4 adults, a broken tap in the bathroom and broken crookery. There were only 4 cups in the kitchen and a plate and a cup had large chips in them. The ad never mentioned that the apartment was on the 3rd floor with no lift. This wasn’t a 4 star accommodation with all the broken items, no kitchen supplies and cheap furniture. It is unreasonable to expect to bring kitchen supplies when travelling from overseas with limited luggage space and weight. The kitchen detergents felt watered down, an old dirty dish scrubber was left. We had to throw that out and buy a new one. There was no dishcloth, no dishwasher or washing machine detergents. No paper towel to mop up spills and only 1 tea towel for the week. In the bathroom were three empty bottles for Shampoo & Conditioner. Not that we expected Shampoo, but why leave three empty bottles just for show. No instructions were left on how to use the TV top box, or how to use and open the bed couch which we had booked. My sister had to sleep on the couch as it was, not very comfortable. The bathroom towels were cheap and rough, and a late 4pm check in wasn’t what was expected. We have stayed at a number of B&B accommodation, and we never had any of these issues. When you stay for 4 days, you don’t bring detergents for the washing and dishwashing machine with you. In all our accommodation there was always at least 1-2 tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. We thought that for Euro 400 being A$800 a night we expected a better serviced apartment. We were most disappointment with the accommodation.

Great & charming apartment.

Great location, very clean, there are everything what you need. Enough space for 5 person. And very quick response!

Garage is quite tight, especially the entrance is not for a big car. It’s quite hot in Summer.

Parfait.

- La propreté des lieux. - La gentillesse de l'hôte - La générosité en serviettes et oreillers. - Une très bonne literie. - L'entrée à l'appartement qui se fait de manière automatique ( pas besoin de prendre rendez-vous avec l'hôtel pour le check in) - Tres bien situé ( à proximité des commerces, des transports en commun, a quelques arrêts du centre ville) - Appartement très bien équipé.

Check out à 10h. C'est un peu tôt.

Ideal para conocer Estrasburgo sin coche.

Ubicación para dejar el coche e ir en transporte público todo el tiempo. Usamos P+R dejamos el coche en un parking y nos movimos con el tranvía sin problema que está muy cerca.

Es un tercero sin ascensor. Echamos de menos jabones y algún detalle.

Appartement super propre, une très belle décoration, le WIFI, la télé… Un super séjour dans ce lieu idéalement placé pour nous (à mi-chemin entre le Zénith et le centre ville) On recommande fortement !!!!

La porte d’entrée est dure à ouvrir, elle coince un peu.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und sorgt für eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein PKW-Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage, zu der Unbefugte keinen Zutritt haben.

Es gibt nur einen einzigen deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender: arte.

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement, situé dans un quartier très agréable. La literie est très confortable, l'appartement est bien équipé et très propre, au calme. Frédéric est disponible en cas de besoin!

Pulizia, posto auto, appartamento ampio e luminoso.

Non è dotato di condizionatore e in estate è decisamente caldo. Ma tenendo tutte le finestre aperte siamo riusciti ad avere una buona arieggiatura e a dormire tranquillamente.
