About this apartment rental
This beautiful, new and furnished apartment of 85m2 is located on the 4th floor of a new building in the heart of the new Fischer district, site of the converted former Fischer brewery.
It consists of a large main room with equipped American kitchen, with crockery, open to the living room. A large convertible corner sofa occupies the space giving direct access to the south-facing terrace thanks to a large bay window.
This large terrace encircles the apartment and is accessible from the bedrooms and the living room.
A high-speed fibre connection with wifi is available. The television is connected. You can connect to your Netflix account (remember to log out when you leave).
The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed. Linen is provided.
The bathroom has a bathtub, heated towel rail and a double sink unit with large mirror.
Towels are provided. I invite you to use only the prepared linen.
The wellness area has a relaxing jacuzzi. Bathrobes are provided.
Access to the wellness area is extra.
The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, a towel dryer and a vanity unit.
The separate toilet is equipped with a washbasin with the necessary products.
