The place was nice, but the caravan no.

The location is very nice. For a small fee you can book to the pool, they have park wide wireless internet (not in the caravan). The people are nice, they have a playground, few stores, and there are pubs too.

They said wireless internet in the caravan, it wasn't. The caravan was dirty: carpets, kitchen, and shower. Not even toilet paper, less kitchenware. The owner said there will be a refund for the internet missing and the mess, but that wasn't too.

I booked one night and venue refused to refund me as they don't do one nights stay Booking .com also refused to refund me

They never let us in after we payed, doesn’t say you can’t do one night on booking and soon as we arrived after also having confirmation and code they messaged to say they don’t do one night stays,

Nothing. Because I was dealing with a liar and a cheater. Companies like booking.com should check the customer history and decide whether they want to advertise someone like him. The address you provided is incorrect, the fact that the beach is not 900 m from the cottage is a lie, it is half an hour away. The code to open the safe and remove the key from the door is incorrect. We could not get in from 3:00, and at the end the owner of the cottage did not answer the phone or respond to messages. The owner of the cottage called me back, but only at 22:30. and it is very unfair that you cannot demand a refund, for me it is a scam. Thanks to the courtesy of the park where the caravan is located, we received a spare emergency key, thanks to which we could enter not at 15:00, but at 9:20 in the morning and no one will give me my money back for those 6 hours, this is not how you start a holiday and relax

DISGUSTING- BEDBUGS RUDE OWNER

The staff at the caravan site were excellent, we arrived at the caravan, with a 5 month old baby, and 2 small kids, When we got here the caravan was uninhabitable, dead flies everywhere, grimy, empty beer can in the cupboard, mould and visible moving bed bugs on all beds, This was a private hire, however the staff were brilliant and took control of the situation and placed us in a new clean caravan within 30 minutes, Really friendly and helpful,

The owner of this caravan was so dismissive when we spoke to him about the state of the caravan, we told him we had a baby with us and kids and we couldn't stay there, He just said " Oki thank you anyway" we asked for a refund, we were told to go through booking.com He didn't take accountability or apologize for the stress and inconvenience, he was extremely rude. Looky that the staff on site helped us otherwise we'd of had Nowhere to stay with the kids,
