The location is good

The advert stated on site parking. There was no parking on site. Had to park on the street

Very comfortable bed, very quiet, nice snacks. Basic but clean- exactly what they promised.

No breakfast provided

I asked for the radiator to be turned off. It was blazing hit when I arrived back. It may have been an oversize and I was able to open the window.

Great value for money

The owner was lovely and welcoming , making a proper fuss of our furbabies. Our room , it was like been in our own annexe of the house, was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will defo be booking again x

Wonderful stay with our dog. We were made to feel so welcome, lovely, polite staff and such good value for money. Very pet friendly. Will definitely be going back!

Excellent, comfortable budget accommodation in a very central location.

Colin is a very caring & generous host, his experience in hospitality with British Airways shows! Pengwern Manor house is a large, old Victorian building which obviously takes a lot of hard work to run and maintain. Colin does this with enthusiasm and a smile. Frankenfurter is his little Datschund puppy and the property is dog friendly, which suited me and my 2 Welsh sheep dogs perfectly. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lot of little unexpected treats on the sideboard. A very good value for money stay, I will be returning. Thank you Colin & Frankfurter :-) Jan, Oscar & Honey.

Nothing we didn't stay there in the end

We got there and no one answered the door so had to ring them the whole place was filthy we was shown to our room it was filthy we got our stuff and left straight away and booked another hotel

Perfect location, perfect host, will definitely be back

Absolutely fantastic 2 night stay here. This location was perfect with free street parking and just a stones throw away from the beach and amusements. Colin is a fantastic host and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and we can't forget the beautiful Frank (the little sosage dog), missing his cuddles already. Colin works so very hard and is an absolute credit to booking.com and all his guests. Wishing you the best of luck and hope to see you and Frank again very soon x
