Colin and Frank the dashhound were very welcoming and friendly. Colin would explain every necessary detail clearly and leave you to it. He explained that it was a budget hotel. I only stayed one night and everything was fine, wifi signal was excellent. Even though he said that Booking.com was advertising an ensuite by mistake but it was a shared bathroom, he contacted me immediately to explain. Key box system throughout was easy. Adequate street parking. Checkout was 10am.
The pillow was rather hard for my liking and too high. There might have been a choice in the wardrobe but I didn't think to look.
