Budget friendly rooms close to town.

Helpful host who explained what he was trying to achieve. A cheap alternative in Rhyl, which was affordable and provided basic amenities for visitors. It was what I expected for what I paid.

It stated en-suite, however, the bathroom was on a different floor. Being a single woman it made me feel a little uncomfortable. If I had known this I would have paid the extra and booked somewhere else.

Host is friendly

Door of room is hard to lock properly, poor maintenance of bathroom, shared bathroom instead of private as advertised, bed is really poor as you can feel the spring when sleeping. Fortunately a short stay between transit only.

2 night Stay to meet up with Friends for a Birthday Celebration.

The owner was a Lovely guy who made me feel very welcome indeed.I arranged to drop my case of early morning as Check in was from 3 pm. The owner rang me 30 mins before to say my room was ready which was Brilliant service.When I arranged to check in a was greeted by the owner and show to my room on the first landing.I was shown that the room had been cleaned and hoovered and was really happy with it.There was tea/coffee making facilties there too and a few snacks which included Cereal/chocolate bars and a big bag a cheese nibbles.I asked the owner for a few extra coffees and he was more than happy to oblige.This Guest house is a low cost/Budget friendly accommodation so if u are excepting the rits then maybe this isn't the place for you.I arranged as a guest and left as a friend.I will definitely be returning in the future.Massive thanks to the ower for his welcoming hospitality and a lovely stay.

Don’t book. This property & Rhyll town are awful.

Sadly nothing.

Property had the feel of a run- down hostel. There was a very strong smell of musky damp on entering the B & B. Not a good sign. The stair carpet was filthy & old & tricky to carry luggage safely up steep stairs, whilst dealing with heavy fire doors. The bedrooms & bathrooms were very dated & basic indeed. The sink was old & stained. The shower was not clean & the toilet didn’t flush properly. The towels were new but still had shop labels on, so not washed before use. The bed linen was obviously straight out of a packet so also unwashed before use. Each bedroom had a key on a chain in a box but the codes were so obvious that anyone could guess & enter your room. Although there is free street parking, Rhyll town is sadly a desperate impoverished place, with an ugly seafront. Which is a shame as the original Victorian buildings look like they were once fine & there is beautiful countryside just a few miles down the road.
