The photos of property I booked aren’t real and the property was totally different

No central heating and I had to bring the only available electric heater from another room to be able to sleep. The property was totally different from photos on booking website. The kitchen and bathroom were freezing cold The roof was like aloft roof and hit my head few times

One of the worst room i ever vist.

I didn't like anything.

My check-in time is 4.00. When I go room not ready. The staff or owner is not responsibly reply to that. They are just suggesting me to spent 2 hours on road. And came back after 6.00. Irresponsible behaviour. Room condition worst. Toilet not cleaned.

Absolutely do not stay here, horrendous place

Absolutely nothing to like, poor, disgusting apartment.

Arrived outside the place, all doors closed, reception closed. Called and asked how I’m supposed to get keys, then somebody from corner take away coming out and handing over key to me, no english speaker, no explanation of anything. Apartment full of mould, bad smell, door barely closing, one harder push and somebody would be inside, no mention about door for outside, opened all the time, somebody from street could come in and just stay. Dirty sheets, used, oily pan under the sink, some yogurt left in the fridge, bed looked like somebody just got up and left the second we arrived. Towels hard as rock with stains all over it. There is a closet in the living room, full of dirty, nasty, smelly old used beddings. Left after 5 minutes immediately, called reception, after 4th try somebody finally pick up the phone. We booked it for two nights, didn’t stay even 10 minutes over there. Shame we didn’t make any pictures, but it was absolutely shocking. Bonus, you booking nights via Booking.com and then somebody is sending you illegal message saying that to confirm you booking you have to pay extra 150 deposit? Which if you not gonna pay, you ain’t getting money back for the nights you already paid as there is no refund. Please save your time, your money and stay away, report it!

Not for International Travellers - £150 Damage Deposit in CASH. Unhelpful Money Grabbers

Only after payment did I receive an automated message to transfer £150 damage deposit, but they did not give me international account details to transfer money! Then they said come with £150 CASH. I booked as a business, we do not carry cash for audit purposes. Booking.com customer service unhelpful - I will never use this booking.com again.

Refused to provide me with ID to whichever man was to open the apartment - instead he messaged he would give me a photo. A photo of what? The £150 cash??? 😂 Money grabbers.

Absolutely appalling if I had enough money to stay somewhere else I would’ve done

I would never have stayed there if I knew beforehand don’t make the same mistake. Everything was broken. It absolutely stunk. Very uncomfortable. No windows in the bedroom drug needles outside on the front.

The room was awful. It was like being in Amsterdam Shop Window! The door to the room was a main door to shop front room which opened onto the Main Street. A curtain was up to cover the large shop window but didn’t fit the size so by passers could look through the full glass door. No kitchen facilities nor kettle! Bathroom- was a closet space with a toilet and a shower fixed above the toilet! You could shower/wee and brush your teeth at the same time! Absolutely disgusting and shouldn’t be classed as adequate place to sleep.

Simple, quaint, and cheap!!!

Stayed here with my partner and LO (10mo). Was a bit hesitant at first, with never staying at an aparthotel. We wanted a quiet getaway close to the beach. Rhyl Aparthotels was perfect for this. I was able to park right outside, which helped as we had a buggy to carry. The room was very quaint and clean and felt comfortable the entire time. I was greeted by the owner, who was friendly and always had a smile. We have loved our weekend away and will be booking again for more of the family.

The birdies pooped on my car but that has nothing to do with the aparthotel and more with the seagulls of the area 😄 🤣.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Everything! The pictures posted of the property were not true. The room was nothing like what was advertised. There were no kitchen facilities, there was no Wi-Fi, TV signal was poor so it didn’t work. The room was on the road and didn’t have curtains that covered the door so people walking by could look in. It was exposed in direct line of sight to where you exit the bathroom. The bathroom was small and didn’t have a separate shower, you had to bath next to the toilet wetting everything. The water didn’t drain so every time you went to use the toilet you would be exposed to standing shower water. The toilet didn’t even have a handle to flush! There were no other facilities as advertised. Cell signal was extremely poor in the room and you had to go outside to use your phone. Overall an appalling place!

AVOID

The only good part of this holiday was the location as it was right near the town centre and the beaçh

This apparment was NOT equipped for 4 people as advertised. No cooking equipment only a frying pan. Unable to use grill it was hanging down from the top. There was water running from the ceiling down the walls there was no hot water to shower. Quilts were all ripped and in very poor condition. The door in and out of the apartment was not secure and was not able to leave any valuables in the room incase someone broke in. The kitchen window would not close properly and you was able to see through the actual frame outside. The apartment was so cold with all the cracks and gaps in the windows and had to use electric fire which I kept getting a shock from. I have an autistic son and found this apartment unfit to use as a holiday let. Last but not least the fire escape was un usable as it was blocked off by a metal fencing type structure which is not suitable. I have so many negatives for this apartment I would not recommend it to anyone please avoid.

I like everything about the place just the right spot for seafront and town centre. It was warm and quiet at night. I would befo use this place again 😁😁😁😁. The ower was friendly and very welcoming. So yes for the price it was great 👍 👌.

Noisy at night but fair for the price

Spacious flat. Not especially luxury but the advert is accurate in that respect and it's perfectly adequate. The main downside that isn't clear from the advert is that the building is directly opposite a pub/bar and there is loud music playing until late that is very audible in the flat (we were there Friday and Saturday night - not sure if this is an issue in the week). This can be a problem for sleeping, especially for younger children.

It was absolutely disgusting, mould on the walls dirty floors, nails in the chairs (which cut myself) a bin under the sink in the kitchen catching filthy water, so cold and VERY dirty bedding. When I addressed these issues to the owner they told me they had just had a refurb which I find hard to believe they try and tell you that you have caused damage which was already there and make up lies and say that smoking was in the property which we most certainly never smoked in the property they refused to give my deposit back, would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone even if I was homeless I would rather stay on the streets than stay in this property again

Been nearly 2 weeks and they dont reply when im due my depost still nothing from property so now im £100 down they have ignore my message on here and also my text so they scammed me wouldnt mind had to go toilet in a bathroom with no blind so people could see mine and partners private area dint even provide towels or toilet roll or washing up liquid had to buy my own oven was a mess pots in cuboards was manky i had to clean the my self could hardly see in kitchen at night either was gonna leave a nice review for them but to leave me £100 down woundering how many people they have done this too
