Stressful and left feeling very sad
The view
They message you 3 hours before i was due to check in and threatened to cancel my booking and insisting that I pay them £150 security deposit. For a £45 bedroom and told they will refund about 14 days later if its left ok. The owners are rude, have zero customer care or any feelings. AVOID KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Paid for hotel then was msged saying I had to pay 200 pound if I remember correct which would be returned a week later I didn't have that much money the hotel said it's there policy and I can't have a refund basically robbed me weekend ruined pls avoid

Never stay hear go somewhere else
The main door to apartment has no doors handle, everything inside needs updating or replacing or making safe . But you pay a deposit if anything damaged which should be returned within 6-12 business days it was over month before getting it back,so I would never stay hear again!!!

The photos of property I booked aren’t real and the property was totally different
No central heating and I had to bring the only available electric heater from another room to be able to sleep. The property was totally different from photos on booking website. The kitchen and bathroom were freezing cold The roof was like aloft roof and hit my head few times
