Everything is very diamond-y! I liked it! It's a little bit of a walk from the trams, but you are not going to get better value in AMS with a private bathroom. Very comfortable bed in the capsule. Kinda neat too! I had a lovely little room with a window, looking out onto the water/polder. Staff were all excellent, especially Assam 👌🏼👍🏼

The room was clean, had everything we needed, and the staff was kind and friendly. However, it felt extremely claustrophobic and had no window. We were quite surprised because it looked completely different from the pictures online.
The bed is very high and difficult to climb into — definitely not suitable if you’re not fit or comfortable climbing. The air conditioning worked, but sometimes dripped water in the middle of the night and would suddenly stop working.
There were also people smoking indoors. We could clearly smell the smoke, and it even triggered the fire alarm once. With no window for fresh air, this was particularly unpleasant.
