Very good for the price.

The building and furniture looks quite new, the towels and bedding are fresh. There is a small shop with snacks and drinks in the foye which is handy; Friendly staff; located in a very quiet area with a wide range of restaurants nearby. Tram stop beside the hotel - 20-30 mins to commute to city center.

There is a weird noise in the room, perhaps ventilation system, could be a bit annoying.

The location and the price

Although they provided that there is a private parking but you have to pay around 18 euros per day for the parking. I stayed three nights. I could have paid at least over 50 euros on top of the price of the room which would get me a better room at a better hotel with parking.

Convenient access to Amsterdam, but the room was not very clean

It’s easily accessible to central Amsterdam by metro.

The room was not clean enough. We even found a bedsheet with blood stains

Friendly, accommodating staff, highly reccommend

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and really put us at ease during what was an incredibly stressful situation for us after being stranded in Amsterdam the only certainty we had was our accommodation and the staff were so helpful and understanding.

Location of the hotel was good which is close the tram station. Facility to place baggage in the safe room after checkout was excellent facilities.

the facilities in the room like there was no water kettle placed in the room, there was no wardrobe in the room to place big suitcase. though I was single I was able to manage, but in case of two people in the room with the double bed it would be difficult to adjust.

Good value for money. The room is spacious, clean, but minimalistic in amenities and furniture. Fast check-in with friendly staff. Location ideal for the business district or when flying from schiphol.

Pay more next time to stay near the city

This property is very far from Amsterdam city only good if you need somewhere close to the airport. Nothing nearby no shops or restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel staff always seemed too busy to help one gave me directions but made it seem very hard to find. The area seemed run down and neighbourhood a bit dodgy need to Uber it everywhere so was expensive as no restaurants nearby.

Relatively clean, very close to the tram station, nice view from the room.

Quite far for the price, generally overpriced for the tiny room with no kettle or hairdryer. The towels and pillowcases had some stains on them.

This hotel is not for families, just for students or for max. 2-day stays.

The location is perfect. The hotel locates near the tram station. You can reach the hotel within 15-20 minutes by tram. It was so easy.

The breakfast is not so cheap (13.5€ per adult) and there are so little variety of food. No omelets just boiled eggs and they are so cold. Who knows when they boiled the eggs. They did not clean the rooms daily. We told them to clean our room in the 3rd day of our stay and they only changed the towels and toilet trash.

Convenient and clean accommodation in the centre of Amsterdam.

Nice accommodation at a really good price for the centre of Amsterdam, accessible by public transport within thirty minutes from the city centre. Cozy room for two, rather smaller, but enough for a couple. Bathroom and beds were clean. The facilities of the hotel are nice.

Breakfast was okay. I have stayed at this hotel in 2022. Breakfast items are less than in 2022. There are limited choices on cereals, and egg options now.It was free breakfast for children in 2022, not any more. I also liked that hotels charge less for hot beverages, only 2.50 euros which is awesome. The location of the hotel to tram station is very convenient. The bathroom shower is roomy and the water is hot. The AC also is very efficient.

Overpriced and disappointing!

Location to the city centre was good

Check in staff were very unhelpful and didn't communicate the billing charges sufficiently. This resulted in a £14 increase in my bill due to the local exchange rate charges!

Not bad place to spend a night. All important things are there: good bed, ok-ish breakfast, air-conditioning, decent bathroom. Neighbourhood is far from Amsterdam, but it look nice. Full of greenery.

Value for price

Location is quite nice, you can easily get to the city center by tram in 20 minutes. Clean room, we had enough space for three adults and one luggage. If you need hairdryer you have to take it from the reception with deposit what is a bit inconvenient.

Great location for both tourist visit and visiting the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam

The location is great. It is about 6 tram stops south of Zuid station, which has a regular service to Schiphol Airport, just one stop away, There are frequent tram services: 1 terminates at Zuid, but the second continues all the way to the centre of Amsterdam, passing through the museum quarter. The Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam is located 1 tram stop south of Zuid so the location of the hotel is great for anyone visiting it. Breakfast is a typical cold continental one: the croissants were excellent and the coffee machines provided decent coffee too. There was always enough seating (even when a coach party all came down to breakfast at nearly the same time one day). Another excellent feature of the hotel is the self-service lockers that are provided: this enabled one to check-out and spend a full day sightseeing in Amsterdam before leaving for the airport.

Not many negatives to report. My shower door had a 1 cm gap at the bottom, so I manged to flood the bathroom floor with water on first usage - I made sure that my subsequent showers did not fire water at the door! The rooms are a little on the small side but a double room with just one person in was fine. The area is very residential and there are not many places to eat within walking distance. The restaurant in the building next door was nice, but had a very limited (and rather expensive) menu.
