Hi, overall we were delighted with the accommodation but would suggest the following.
The booking was for 6 people therefore would expect at least 6 bath towels not just 1 per bedroom, plus would suggest a few extra toilet rolls. In terms of the kitchen I would suggest the cleaning sponge be replaced per new guest and that there is crockery to match the number of guests eg only 5 bowls, 4 tumblers. Could I also suggest that there may be a few extra serving dishes and bowls, and a measuring jug. Plus the kitchen bin is very small, I would suggest a larger bin and a couple of extra bin bags and bins within the bathrooms would be a good addition.

We had an enjoyable stay at this venue. I believe it is a fairly newly converted mill and has been tastefully decorated. There were a few snagging issues but nothing that would affect our stay. We were there for a visit to my daughter who lives nearby and will very likely use it again.
Pros:
Spacious
Tastefully decorated
Clean
Comfortable beds and sofa.
Shower,water pressure and temperature control good.
Cons:
A bathroom cabinet door with no handle and not closing.
A nail (previously mentioned in a review in July) sticking up through the carpet. We removed it.
Heated towel rail in main bedroom not working.
Not enough equipment in the kitchen, only 4 large and 3 small plates for a 3 bedroom apartment and nothing for use in the microwave.
Only one large and one small towel per double room.
Communication with the host was difficult. Everything was automated and this was great until there was an issue that required a more human approach.

Apartment was fine, but the experience would have been so much better if there was more detailed info given about the process, the neighborhood, the apartment. It was definitely not the warm welcoming feeling that we became accustomed to at all of our other VRBO stays throughout the UK.
