The suite was excellent. Everything was immaculate. The communication was perfect. Arriving and leaving was very easy. The little extra touches - tea, hot cocoa, extra large bath towels, nice quality shampoo and shower items, etc., were much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable.
I would stay here again without question. It was really extraordinary. Also, there is a lovely cafe only a few steps away with great food for breakfast or lunch (I’ve included a photo) and also a bus stop a very short walk away (approximately 150 meter).
The weather but that obviously was out of their control. 🤣

The room was lovely and spacious and clean, I loved the view and that check in was entirely independent so we didn't have to speak to anyone.
The design of the room was very nice, I feel like the stone walls and wooden beams are such nice features and the room was very cosy.
I liked that there was a little kitchenette for any odd bits of food.
Also, when I was unsure about how to pop my keys in the check out box, it was simple, quick and easy to ring up and they were incredibly helpful.
(Not specifically about the room) Because we were high up, we got a beautiful view of the birds and pidgeons which was also nice.
The fridge smelt like eggs which was unfortunate because the fridge was one of the features that drew us to this accomodation.
They provided no toilet paper, the description said toilet paper was provided so we weren't prepared for there to be none and had to spend money to quickly order some which was inconvenient and an additional cost. There wasn't even a toilet roll holder.
The walls are incredibly thin, I heard the couple in the room next to us arguing in the hallways at like 4am, woke me right up. Not sure if that is common but thought it was worth mentioning as I don't think there is a mention of noise levels or times in the house rules, I believe there maybe should be.
(This is more of a design complaint so hard to fix) the showers, whilst pretty, are poorly designed. You are always going to soak the floor when it's such an open design with such a flat base for drainage, no lip to stop water from getting onto the floor and no closable door.
The fan would sporadically get ridiculously loud, I'm going to assume that's because it's old.
