Heritage Serviced Suites - Serviced Apartments

Very well organised. Self check-in is easy. Parking, I was lucky. I managed to upgrade my room as I'd booked a small suite and really wanted one of the bigger ones, the staff were Very helpful. Room was ok, clean and tidy. The furniture was good.

Bathroom extractor fan didn't seem to work. Walk in shower sprayed water everywhere. Only 2 wine, water glasses.

Second time we’ve stayed,so comfortable and homely. The suites have everything you need,so quiet and peaceful with stunning views

Loved everything

The room was extremely clean. Lots of towels. Lovley smelling toiletries. Lots of tea coffee etc. The view was amazing. So quite and peaceful.

Each level is not signed posted untill, you get through the doors leading to rooms. That are opened with your key fob. When you first get the key to your room, you also get a welcome envelope.wish I had read that before trying to find my room, as I thought the lift was broken not realising that the letter told u how to use it. So I walked up the stone staircase to the forth floor!!! The pillows were flat as a pancake. And the toaster was not cleaned from previous people who had stayed. Half empty washing up bottle left.

The property was relatively close to town and had the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, and the shower was very good.

The blinds in the bedroom were damaged, which meant there was no privacy as the room was fully exposed. The room also felt very cramped due to the large number of items stored inside, making the overall stay uncomfortable.
