This was a home away from home and I hope to visit again.

The suite was excellent. Everything was immaculate. The communication was perfect. Arriving and leaving was very easy. The little extra touches - tea, hot cocoa, extra large bath towels, nice quality shampoo and shower items, etc., were much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again without question. It was really extraordinary. Also, there is a lovely cafe only a few steps away with great food for breakfast or lunch (I’ve included a photo) and also a bus stop a very short walk away (approximately 150 meter).

The weather but that obviously was out of their control. 🤣

Almost everything. Characterful, original room decor, yet really well insulated and cosy. Café next door, Aldi and bus stop just down the road, what more could you need? TV with Dune on it; the original! Fantastic value to boot (although it's off season). And what an amazing view. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and visit again!

Basically nothing. Kitchenette a little bit small, but still functional (but I was staying in a studio room). Teeny little toothpaste stain on a foot towel. Mini brainteaser puzzle to open door (or I'm not very bright). Also the mini freezer was a little full of ice. ...But I'm just nitpicking; it was all great really!

Very warm and cosy with a great view for a very cold winters stay.

It was very spacious and at the time of year for my visit, very warm. Beautifully furnished with a great walk in shower. Ample cupboard space and hangers and a lovely kitchenette. Very secure.

Parking was a bit tricky for non-residents, but it was not a major problem.

Weekend away to see family

Lovely appartment, big bath and shower. Comfortable and practical living space. Nicely decorated. Would definately consider staying again

Just a couple of tiny things, would of liked a fresh dish cloth/sponge to use. We had two of everything, however, 4 spoons, knives and forks would of been more practical, especially when preparing food. Parking not great but we managed to get parked on street when we couldn't get in courtyard

Lovely room but a few complaints

The room was lovely and spacious and clean, I loved the view and that check in was entirely independent so we didn't have to speak to anyone. The design of the room was very nice, I feel like the stone walls and wooden beams are such nice features and the room was very cosy. I liked that there was a little kitchenette for any odd bits of food. Also, when I was unsure about how to pop my keys in the check out box, it was simple, quick and easy to ring up and they were incredibly helpful. (Not specifically about the room) Because we were high up, we got a beautiful view of the birds and pidgeons which was also nice.

The fridge smelt like eggs which was unfortunate because the fridge was one of the features that drew us to this accomodation. They provided no toilet paper, the description said toilet paper was provided so we weren't prepared for there to be none and had to spend money to quickly order some which was inconvenient and an additional cost. There wasn't even a toilet roll holder. The walls are incredibly thin, I heard the couple in the room next to us arguing in the hallways at like 4am, woke me right up. Not sure if that is common but thought it was worth mentioning as I don't think there is a mention of noise levels or times in the house rules, I believe there maybe should be. (This is more of a design complaint so hard to fix) the showers, whilst pretty, are poorly designed. You are always going to soak the floor when it's such an open design with such a flat base for drainage, no lip to stop water from getting onto the floor and no closable door. The fan would sporadically get ridiculously loud, I'm going to assume that's because it's old.

The room was lovely, enjoyed the view - breakfast and gym facilties were excellent. Had an enjoyable stay.

The bed was comfortable, room clean, the view. The only downside was that the room smell very musky I believe due to the fact that when not in use the window are not left opened. Beautiful room but on first impact was the terrible moldy musty smell which dissipated the next day after opening windows.

Perfect location and excellent service

The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. They gave us an upgrade and rang to check that everything was ok. I would highly recommend these suites for anyone who is visiting the area .

Immaculate suite with everything and more included to make a short break comfortable and relaxing. Everything was to a much higher standard than anticipated and the value for money was incredible. Would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful apartment in lovely area.

We stayed for two nights in the York suite. Furniture and decorating all beautiful and great quality. The bed was the most comfortable bed and my husband and I both said was the best 2 nights sleep we’ve ever had! Bathroom was stunning, large bath and shower with waterfall taps plus towels and toiletries. Location was great with lovely views. Kitchen modern was well equipped and oven was very clean - also loved the breakfast bar. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Some minor cleanliness issues - quite a few cobwebs, one long hair in kitchen sink, smears on windows. Toilet seat was too small for the toilet so didn’t fit properly. Missing chopping board in kitchen.

Only issue we had was the shower being so close to the bathroom door, didn’t spoil our stay but were worried about getting the living room carpet wet!

A nice hotel room, essentially.

We were rather surprised to find that the studio didn't have any cooking facilities, really. It had a kettle, a slot style toaster, and a microwave. It was listed as a "Kitchenette" but didn't describe what that meant. The bed is also two singles "Zipped" together which was not the most comfortable for a couple that likes to cuddle at night.

Very handy for the wedding we attended. Excellent instructions for access. Plenty of drink sachets. Clean.

Parking a bit difficult. As I am small I could not reach items on top shelf of cupboards in kitchenette.

Lovely stay, home away from home. Perfect if not for the noise of the guests in the next suite.

We stayed in the Wellington suite which had a lovely loving space and small kitchen area. The bathroom was a great size- and came with a bath too! The apartment was very clean and cosy and we appreciated the small touches such as tea and coffee. There is a coffee shop on site which meant we didn’t have to worry too much about breakfast

Thin walls between the bedrooms in adjoining suites (think York was next door). Something to bear in mind if a light sleeper or staying for work purposes.
