Ideal location for us attending a family wedding at the Manor House. Property is very well maintained and presented with everything that we needed.
I’m am well over 6ft tall and my son is over 6ft 5 so one of us had to have the bed with the rail at the foot of the bed which my feet kept banging against. Very individual comment / feedback I know. On the day of the arrival I showered after my wife before going out. By the time I came to shave the hot water had run out and was running cold. The following morning a similar issue with the shower.

It was cosy and comfortable, perfect for us to attend a Wedding at Manor House. An easy stay with no stress.
No heating controls, wife found it a little chilly but I was ok :)

The property was as listed on the site. But it had a lovely feel to it too. It was clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard. Would stay again if in the area. Was a lovely village location. With a bus stop within 2 minutes walk away, and a Sainsbury’s local even closer.
Just one small detail I thought was missing, but I think the property was more for longer stays than ours was. We were only there one night and to be honest we didn’t really spend a lot of time in there as we were at a gig nearby. But there wasn’t any sachets of coffee or tea. I know it’s a small thing but we didn’t realise until we got back from the gig at 11.30 pm and we were really looking forward to a cuppa. But none available. It was probably in the small print. Also no shampoo etc in the bathrooms. Soap at the sink but nothing for a shower.
