This is an amazing property, when you approach it you can feel the history. Once inside you get a real feel for how it would of looked many years ago. The communication before our visit was great, with lots of information.
Not much really there was the odd cobweb, but what do you expect in such an old property so close to nature.

A very interesting, historical building with marvellous features, and very peaceful.
The location was perfect for visiting my dad. The host was very contactable and helpful, including my endless questions about coffee machines. The living areas were lovely and warm, the TV was super easy to operate. We loved the real fire. It was lovely and peaceful.
A pint of milk in the fridge on arrival would make life easier. The kitchen was really cold, and the bathrooms were also cold. More towels would be good - and bigger ones would be great.

Had a fantastic stay at New Hall.
Had everything we needed for a great stay. Well equipped and plenty of space for us. Had some lovely alfresco food and drink taking advantage of the great weather.
A little tricky to find but suspect our satnav was partly to blame!

Night over for a gig at the piece hall
Amazing place and milk in the fridge! Short taxi ride to Halifax to watch Supergrass! Master suite was lovely as was the adjoining bedroom.
