Speechless

Having been let down last minute by another venue this was very much last minute Was contacted on morning by whatsapp to confirm Apartment is a good size for 2 people (I was solo) and nicely furnished with nice decor Loved the neon lighting and the spa bath was delightful and much needed after a long drive Was in Huddersfield for football and is only a 15 minute walk to the stadium There are several takeaways on the street and a large Tesco roughly 600 yards away so all good whether wanting to/not wanting to cook Bed was very comfy and slept like a baby. Never heard a sound from other apartments during my stay Would highly recommend and will definitely book again if in the area

Amazing bath tub

The way you can alter different lighting too suit mood, the bath tub was brilliant with the jets for pure relaxing then added touch with t.v to watch too

Perfect

Perfect 2 night stay for my husbands 40th birthday Really relaxing and peaceful. The lights are a bonus Bath is huge fit 2 adults in easy. Kitchen fully equipped too. Lovely stay we will be booking again soon. Food restaurants on the street.

Disappointed

We decided not to stay as we were uncomfortable with staff requests and the location of the building

I was asked to provide an arrival time within a couple of hours of my already submitted arrival time. I was also asked to provide a photo of my passport after I had also travelled and didn't have this on me. This latter request was not in the booking terms and made me feel very uncomfortable. On arrival we found the building to be in a very rundown area of Huddersfield which made us feel uncomfortable to leave the car with very limited on street parking and unsafe to return late at night as we planned. On balance we felt our overnight stay would be more enjoyable elsewhere and sourced accommodation in the centre of town.

The interior is luxurious and really beautiful.

As far as the beds in the room are concerned, they weren't comfortable, and I didn't like that they had blinds over the windows and there was no cotton covering them. And jacuzzi steps where not safe at all while going inside was OKY but while coming outside was very uncomfortable because it’s was very small steps.

Location was good a few places to eat next door, apartment was nice and clean and easy access, hot tub was very good and overall really enjoyed the stay.

Unhappy

The property looks similar to the picture, the lights and decorations.

Room size, tub size everything was smaller than expected. Edges of the plates and glasses were broken must need replacement. All the lights got tripped off when we turned on one switch, we got panicked. Our apartment was downstairs and all night people were walking upstairs and using the steps, we couldn’t sleep at all. In the description it says as soundproofing but it wasn’t. Very intense smell of room freshener made me sick😞 Towels which was inside the cupboard was damp (may be folded before getting dried) So overall we both didn’t like the stay.

Amazing stay at a lovely place

The suite was amazing. Spacious, well decorated, comfortable and just really nice. The spa bath was phenomenal and having a tv in there was a treat. The bed was also very comfy. The mood lighting was a nice touch aswell.

the apartment was very clean well laid out and the little extras of providing bathroom products, fully functional and clean kitchen facility. The whirlpool bath was superb and very relaxing and enjoyable

the bed was a little to soft for my liking but you cannot cater for every preference on that basis was more than acceptable

Amazing place

Place was spotless clean, definitely worth the price, a nice relaxing getaway. Plenty of food places around which is an advantage. But overall a great experience from entering the property up until leaving. Will be back soon definitely

Highly recommend to stay here!!

It was probably the nicest place I've stayed and I work away a lot. The hosts have spent lots of time and effort to make it feel very comfortable. The lighting systems were awesome too. It was worth every penny.... I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

The apartment needs a total overhaul. It might have been nice, once. Certainly not now.

The bed was comfortable

A sofa that was ripped to bits. An oven that was not safe to use. Ripped headboard. Broken blinds. Tiles missing off the wall. The neighbours were 2 burger bars and a chip shop.

Lovely suites

The flats have been decorated beautifully. Everything is clean and all the rooms smell lovely when you walk in! The man I spoke to on the phone was really helpful with both check in and when we had a problem with the fan in one of the rooms. The owners have done a great job creating lovely spaces to stay in.

It was very hot, understandably, so it would benefit from air conditioning. The bed in the studio apartment seemed quite small, but the beds in the suites were great.

I upgraded to a room I thought had a hot tub. When I questioned about this I got a very rude and unhelpful reply. I was asked to leave my keys and get a refund all because I questioned my upgrade. No rooms have hot tubs just the spa bath. FALSE ADVERTISING very rude owner

DONT BOOK! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THE PLACE SMELT OF WEED! THE LOCATION IS DISGRACEFUL SURROUNDED BY TAKEAWAYS AND LOTS OF RATS IN THE BACK AND THE SMELL IS AWFUL. SOFA WAS TORN! BEDROOM WAS TINY! REALLY RAN DOWN PLACE DO NOT BOOK. THEY WAS PEOPLE SMOKING WEED IN THE BUILDING!

Amazing stay overall

The only thing about property was the tv in the bathroom as we had no volume it would come on for ten minutes then suddenly turn off
