The apartment was very well decorated, clean, comfortable and very welcoming
The only thing I would say is the speakers for the TV into bathroom could of been louder

Property clean and had everything needed
I upgraded to a room I thought had a hot tub. When I questioned about this I got a very rude and unhelpful reply. I was asked to leave my keys and get a refund all because I questioned my upgrade.
No rooms have hot tubs just the spa bath.
