Avoid at all cost do not book non refundable with this guy he thinks dirty means he can keep your money.
This property is filthy and the host refuses to floor sticky, kitchen dirty bed sheets so stiff they crack like, they’ve not been washed. Layer of dust around an inch thick. give back my £2000.

Comfortable stay close to links to halifax
The location is good, the house is lovely and comfortable and the beds are too. Nice living area with a big tv and lovely big kitchen. I would stay again
The deposit is extortionate (£250) so keep that in mind and you won’t get the key for the locker box if you don’t pay it (even when you’ve already paid for the accommodation). On the surface it seemed clean but the toilets were a bit dirty with poo bits under the seats and in the bowl. Lovely house nonetheless

A clean and well-proportioned house, which couldn’t have been better located for the excellent range of shops bars and restaurants in west vale. It was also a great base for days out in various parts of Yorkshire. The whole family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it very highly

cleanliness unacceptable, would of been a very different review had the place been clean.
locality was good for necessity to local shops/food.
All of the house was filthy dust everywhere, along the back of the headboards on units etc, finger marks all over tv screens/buttons, sills wiped down with dirty clothes, used soap left in dish, old dirty head shaver accessories in room, dirty wall marks all over doors and handles the list goes on if the place had been cleaned then the review would of been very different as the locality and the house itself was ok.
