Having two bathrooms and three bedrooms suited our party of four.
There was only dining space for two which meant eating a cooked breakfast on laps from the sofa.

Aamazingly speedy return of deposit - reqally appreciated
Slightly delayed with comms about deposit , extra payment for additional room and how to gain entry but once we'd ironed that out everythng else worked well. Parking was tricky but the hosts were exceptionally good at letting us know what to do and where we could park

The space was lovely for our family in a lovely location not far from the city centre at all. Correspondence was brilliant with instruction and responsiveness. All in all, an amazing stay

Lovely Property, clear instructions on arrival. Friendly Hosts. I was not aware that we would need to pay a security deposit via bank transfer before we arrived, however this was paid back in to my account immediately on checkout once the cleaner has attended. We would stay here again and recommend.

My niece, my grand niece and myself were in Huddersfield for my grand niece’s graduation ceremony .
We used all three of the bedrooms which were clean and warm
The living area was perfect for having a glass of bubbly and snacks to celebrate.
Communication with the owner was excellent .
We used the parking space outside the property.
Nothing we didn’t like.
Everything was excellent for our stay.

The property was booked for 6 and only two rooms had beds in them. The third room had a pull out couch and couldn’t accommodate two adults. The upstairs bathroom leaked down into the sitting room late at night and host interrupted our stay to fix it and sent us nasty voice messages the next morning when we privately expressed our disappointments. Host has also failed to return deposit paid into his private account and failed to acknowledge any message sent in relation to deposit.

The apartment was cozy.
Unfortunately there were several surfaces covered in dust, the extractor fan in the ensuite bathroom was disgusting, picture provided.
I did not like being contacted after 21:00 and via WhatsApp. I did inform via WhatsApp and booking.com email NOT to contact me via WhatsApp, unfortunately they continued to ignore and send messages even making a call.
They did not follow the policy regarding 'Refundable damage deposit' i.e. Collect 14 days before arrival via credit card.
The payment was requested 2 nights before and I was told to make a bank transfer in order to get access to the property. I did this at 0800 the following morning and at approximately 21:00 I received a message, via WhatsApp, requesting payment, they didn't check booking.com email first.
Overall an unpleasant experience regarding communication left me very upset and stressed.

Great location to the wedding venue that we were visiting. Great cooking facilities and a lovely outdoor sitting area with garden. Two bathrooms with showers. Great facilities. Kitchen is really lovely and the host is very accommodating!

Very uncomfortable bed. Slept very badly with springs poking in our backs from the mattress. Bedding and towels did not smell clean and fresh at all. Arrived very late due to traffic and left first thing in the morning so barely spent any time in the property. Only used 3 spoons and two glasses which were washed and packed away, yet host not returning our damage deposit. We also paid an extra fee for bringing our small dog, who slept in his crate all night and the host is attempting to charge us for extra costs on top of this too. I'd definitely avoid this property at all costs unless you'd like to waste over £220 for just one night's stay once you factor in the deposit and pet cost that we still haven't received back. I've stayed in many different properties using booking.com and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Very disappointed and will be taking legal advice .
Update: property now refusing to return deposit due to having to *allegedly* clean sofa and carpets. No photo evidence to back up this lie. Also, despite already sending a message saying that we had left the property in a satisfactory condition. (Please note the timing of this; received after I left negative review and whilst I was on the phone lodging an official complaint with booking.com)
Please do read through all the 1 star reviews of this property. I really wish I had done this before booking as it transpires they make a habit of making up bogus claims to keep from paying back peoples deposits. Several hundred pounds has deliberately been taken from previous guests reading through past reviews from others who have stayed here. Also the same for the hosts other property too. This has now been reported to local authorities and trading standards by myself and I urge any other guests who have had similar problem to report too.
But, most importantly DO NOT STAY HERE as this is a SCAM which is now being investigated.

I was so impressed with the communication from the hosts. The amount of information given was great, and when I contacted them, responses were always quick.
The house is lovely. It felt really homely and me, my husband and 3 children settled in really quick.
Check in was quick, as previous reviews state the hosts ask for a photo of the vehicle, but you can understand why when you arrive on the lane. It is really narrow so if you don’t park properly, it would affect the whole street. So I’m not sure why people feel the need to put this as a negative. We were in and out frequently and didn’t need to send photos again, i believe it’s purely to show that you are capable of parking outside the property with consideration to others.
The kitchen has great facilities, the sofa is so comfy!
The bedrooms were well equipped and again the beds were comfy. The showers both had shower gel in dispensers which was handy.
The house was perfectly cleaned, and again had lots of cleaning products and a hoover available which we used to keep up the cleanliness during our visit.
The WiFi worked well throughout the house, and we watched Netflix in the lounge which was nice.
There was nothing that I didn’t like about this property at all, but worth noting..
The 3rd bedroom is in the basement, so naturally it is colder and has a slight musky smell. The room is fitted with a fire which heated the room quickly. The smell did not linger at all once the room was heated up.
The only other thing is in regards to the garden. It is a shared garden but we aren’t overly sure what that entails. I could of asked the host but it wasn’t a big deal for us as we weren’t at the property enough, but my children did get asked to get off the neighbours garden, but the neighbours were lovely when my husband apologised to them. And we were in the lounge so weren’t sure on which part of the garden the children were specifically on.But again, if you need to know this information im sure the hosts would have no problem adding it to their information they provide. They honestly were great.

Rainbow property. Passed me around and wouldn’t take my calls the entire day we were checking in. Confirmed dog when booked in march then they said they didn’t know I was taking so £60 more. Dirty floors, asked to pull up rug when we got there (which we did and it was covered in dirt and black hair underneath) neighbours friendly but message to tell me they complained?? Black hairs in en suite. Incorrect videos showing WiFi and lights. Lamp flickered until we turned off. Hazard. Attitude of multiple people saying ‘I dint want you to cause a problem for me’ ??? before checking in’ All I needed was to talk to someone to confirm payment 160. I have ALL photographs of dirt with time and dates. Broken tiles, filthy everywhere. Not suitable for booking.com as a constant user. Where to send photos??

Location for us, lovely and quiet, warm and cozy. Host was fab, great communication and came to help with the oven when I couldn't work it.....user error...lol. the place was clean and had pretty much everything that you could need.
The shower in the ensuite was not overly powerful and hard to regulate the temp, the main shower was much more user friendly. Maybe the extra bedroom charge could have been a bit clearer, I only noticed this after reading the reviews, although a family of 4, I couldn't expect my teenagers one boy, one girl to share a double bed let alone a room. Hubby ended up in the basement room which is pretty small and he found it a bit chilly, he did pop the little fire on and left the door open to air it too

From start to finish this whole stay was problermatic! I didn't like anything!
They changed one of the lockkey digits and failed to tell me. i had to phone them up whilst standing on the door step.
They left me with no heating or hot water on my first night! it was freezing
The TV in the main room was not working . I spent around 40 minutes on the phone to the owner trying to sort the TV out. They came in the day after to take a look- I still couldnt get it to work properly
There was an issue with my pet. They wanted all my pet's details plus photos! They claim to be animal lovers!! What a joke!!
They are currently unwilling to refund my retainer payment saying I left the place a mess- which is untrue
They have billed me an additional £220 stating this is for cleaning fees!
Overall, an awful experience I wouldn't wish anyone else to have to endure. I am currently speaking to Booking. com to try to sort this mess out.
As for 'Cosey' if you don't mind slipping on the giant rug they have in the main room and tripping over the ill fitting carpets upstairs, not to mention having to take a photo of your car parking outside ( I'm not joking!) then you'll love it! If you can't be bothered with all the hassle then Do not stay here!

The property was ideally placed for us.
The property was reasonably clean but the toilet and shower were broken. The toilet didn’t flush and it was really difficult to turn off the shower. The manager of the property is an awful woman who contacted me on WhatsApp on the day we were travelling up to Huddersfield demanding a security deposit of £100, which according to the webpage should have been taken 14 days earlier. I had difficulty trying to send the deposit, so she refused to give me the key code until I paid the deposit. After leaving the property I was contacted a few days later to say we had broken one of the beds, so they were charging us £80. We did not break the bed it was already broken my daughter commented on how it dipped in the middle and was uncomfortable. Not much we can do about that now their word against ours. I did contact Booking. Com to complain but it is now three weeks since we vacated the property and nothing has been done about these awful people’s treatment of us. They also took the whole of the £100 deposit not just the £80 they claimed it cost to repair the bed we didn’t break. So if you don’t want to end up paying £200+ for a mediocre property avoid dealing with these crooks at all cost.

The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic. It's conveniently close to most of the places I wanted to visit, which made exploring the area a breeze. The short travel times were a huge plus, leaving me with more time to enjoy the sights and experiences.

The hosts warn you that the towels supplied aren't much good - surely the sensible thing for the hosts to do is buy a new bundle of towels? Bring your own towels if you want a rich cotton towel, the ones they supply will dry you, but aren't great!
