Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host Helen was very accommodating

The location was perfect and I liked there was a seating area in the kitchen too. Each bedroom had a tv and drawers we could put our things in if needed.

The back door was very stiff and quite difficult to close and lock. Also the main bathroom upon having a shower water was leaking from the bath panel.

It was a nice apartment. Everything was how we expected. The property is family friendly and I highly recommend staying

Property was clean, cosy, family friendly and very welcoming. Additionally, the host was nice and easily available when needed.

There was no coat hanger anywhere downstairs. We had to always carry coats to rooms. It would be great to have at least one coat hanger there.

Yeah very nice property. Good parking space i would definitely stay again

Good space good room size had downstairs toilet and 2 bathroom was a plus. Tidy neat clean good interior. Host accommodating allowed us to check out at 11am instead 10am which we needed as we came back from.party 5 in the morning.

Sometimes it was cold in the property could not regulate the heater as I think its on a timer. Some room warmer than others.

Excellent value, had everything we needed

The house was ideal for our needs as a group of 7 friends for two nights and excellent value. The house was very clean, bedrooms are cosy, but well suited to the size of our group. Check in and check out was very easy. Great to have on site parking for up to three cars as well, with extra accessible street parking. A big thank you for allowing us to extend check out by an hour too, it was much appreciated!

Only one pan worked on the induction hob, making it difficult to cook for a large group. This isn't a negative factor but I did miss the small print saying there would be a £250 fee held on card as a refundable security deposit, so just to be aware when booking.

Did the job, unlikely to re-use as slightly underwhelmed. However you get what you pay for.

The property is located centrally, 20 minute walk from town, and was reasonably clean. The appliances worked well and were of a decent standard.

The pictures make the property seem nicer than it is. It looks like a student house, with individual keys for each of the 6 rooms. The room sizes themselves are relatively small. The kitchen and social are downstairs, relative to the size of the property also made no sense. In comparison to an AirBnB, things like shower gel/soap or teas and coffees are typically supplied on arrival, but none existed for the house.

The property and location were perfect for us. Parking was excellent.

Having the direct phone no for the property owner was invaluable as it helped me to clear some concerns regarding the booking, payment and deposit.

I kept getting repeated emails for booking confirmation, payment and deposit payment, although this was done. So I had to phone just to confirm everything was ok as I did not want to end up paying twice.

Some of the bedding in the rooms had ‘damp marks’ on them. Wasn’t very nice to see. We also (luckily) ran out of toilet roll on the last day 😅 - not a very ideal situation.

Spacious and very clean throughout. Car parking spaces - we had 4 cars and no issues with parking. Smart TV in every room (with Netflix etc). Also long mirrors in every room which was really appreciated as we were getting ready for a wedding. Quiet area.

Chaises hautes bancales, salle de bain et sale d’eau portes qui ne ferment pas .Portes des chambres très difficiles à ouvrir et à fermer pour les enfants sembleraient des portes coupe-feu vraiment lourdes Ne savions pas si quelqu’un nous attendait pour nous donner les clés Ai téléphoné pendant le trajet avons eu le code pour avoir le lieu et les clés une heure avant notre arrivée vers 17 heures inadmissible
