Close to your stay, there is no lack of things to do! Golf, sunbathe, and explore the area's adorable boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants. Additionally, Marsh Island Park is a quick bike ride or walk away and boasts an excellent viewing tower. As the evening sunset begins to fill the sky, fire up the provided gas grill and host a delicious barbecue for your favorite people.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). House was deliciously cool, day and night, during a week of steamy, high temps. We didn’t have to touch the thermostat once. Found the King bed comfy. House needs a bit of love, but adequate for our needs. Vacasa staff excellent with prompt responses to any inquiry.

This house had a great layout for a group of friends traveling together, but would also work great for a family with kids. Beds and furniture was comfortable. There was a good amount of seating for lounging and dinner. The house backs up to a green space, which creates privacy and a nice view. We were not close to easy beach access, but we were close to the bike path on Governor's and a short bike to Osprey golf club and not too far from the Sanctuary. We would suggest bringing your own beach towels, as they are not provided.
